Story
Say hello to adorable Angel! She loves to sniff around the yard and flower beds. Angel walks well on leash, is house broken and a dream in the house and with people. She comes to the door to meet new visitors and looks so happy to meet anyone new. Angel is about 3 years old. She is very smart and makes a great house dog. She loves to be with her people, loves car rides, walks and treats. She has learned how to ring the bell when she needs to go outside. She also can be left out of the crate when we leave the house without any issues. If you live in the continental United States or Canadian provinces EAST of the Rocky Mountains, and would like to apply to adopt Angel, please visit our website https://www.joshuafundrescue.org/adoptioninfo The Joshua Fund Dog Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Story
We would like to take the opportunity to introduce you to Buddy! Buddy is a Great Pyrenees / lab mix, he is 1 year old and weighs in at around 75lbs. Buddy is great dog with a gentle and placid demeanor who just goes with the flow. He is good with other dogs and cats and is crate trained. Buddy is living in a foster home that doesn’t have children so we don’t know what he is like around kids, but he does have an amazing personality so we think he would love kids too. His foster mom did mention to not leave your food unattended around him as he stole her scallops one evening, but other than that he has been a perfect gentleman and house guest. Buddy is neutered, up to date on his vaccines. If you would like to learn more about Buddy or one of our other rescue dogs and you live in the continental United States or Canadian provinces EAST of the Rocky Mountains, please visit our website https://www.joshuafundrescue.org/adoptioninfo and fill out an application form. Story
Introducing Pablo!! What an incredible dog he is!! Pablo was brought to our attention by a small rescue in Texas that was overwhelmed by the amount of dogs they had to take care of. He is about 2 years old and weighs 77 pounds. Pablo hasn’t lived inside a home for a while, so everything is new to him, from a dog bed, toys, the TV, to stairs and mirrors, it’s all a new experience to this sweet boy. However, he is adjusting so well and through it all he is the most gentle, happy and loving boy. He adores people and loves to sit at your feet, because he doesn’t understand the concept of jumping on the sofa or bed! He loves other dogs and takes cues from his foster sibling on what is ok. He loves his teenage human siblings and follows them all over. Pablo rides great in the car, is quiet as a mouse in his crate and walks well on a harness. He has not been in close proximity to cats, but his placid temperament means that with controlled and slow introductions, he may be able to live with a dog accepting cat. He is an overall fantastic dog that would fit in perfectly with an active and fun loving family. Pablo is up to date on his vaccines, neutered and heart worm negative. If you would like to learn more about Pablo or one of our other rescue dogs and you live in the Continental United States or Canadian provinces EAST of the Rocky Mountains, please visit our website https://www.joshuafundrescue.org/adoptioninfo and fill out an application form. Story
Meet gentle and grateful Karter! Karter recently had to have his front leg amputated due to an injury. He is still feeling a lot of pain and we are working to get a good pain regimen in place for him. His foster mom call’s him ‘the little lab that could’ because he isn’t letting what has happened to him stop him from enjoying life!! He enjoys the comfort of having furry siblings around and he loves his people too. He likes to stand in the sun and watch the world go by. He has a great appetite and we will soon have him up to a healthy weight! If you would like to learn more about Karter, or one of our other rescue dogs and you live in the Continental United States or Canadian provinces EAST of the Rocky Mountains, please visit our website https://www.joshuafundrescue.org/adoptioninfo and fill out an application form. The Joshua Fund dog rescue would like to introduce you to Kain!! This handsome boy is around 2 years old, is neutered and vaccinated.
