WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Harley - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! My name is Harley and it comes from the Old English origin meaning 'Hare Meadow', which represents a peaceful and serene image. Just nothing like seeing a Pyr laying in the yard watching! Unfortunately my elderly owner is not able to care for me any longer but I'm trying not to let it get me down as I look for another family to adopt. Did you know that I came from royalty? The Pyrenees breed came from France where we made our way up from being a peasant farmers dog to the royal court being named the royal dog of France in 1675. Even Queen Victoria had a Pyr. We are strong willed and can sometimes be stubborn but more importantly we are affectionate, patient, confident, fearless and gentle. It is said that we wouldn't make a good breed for first timers but if you're aware of the negative traits (sometimes stubborn & lots of hair) along with the awesome good traits, we could definitely make it work. As a youngster at only around a year and a half old, I do have some basic obedience training, am well mannered, I don't jump up unless invited and have a sweet, loving warm nature that just adores getting 'good boys' from my people. I am a big boy of snowy white fluff. I will need several weekly brushings to keep my royal self tangle free and looking dapper and the vacuum will be an extension of your arm with me around but the reward of my adoring love for you will sooooo be worth it!! A couple of daily 45 minute walks a day should be enough to keep me happy. With that daily exercise in I can do quite well in town with a yard or in the country. I fall into the 3 G category which is Gorgeous, Gentle and Giant. Instinctively nurturing with the flock or family, we do make great family members. Just make sure the couch is big enough for sharing!!! My breed tend to love being with the family and are content to lay at or on your feet or curled up with you on that big enough couch. I'm here to adopt me a family and since you're reading this you must being missing something special in your life too, could it possibly be...ME?!!

Cameo, a beautiful name for a beautiful gal like me. I have the sweet natured attitude that will make me a great family addition. At 2 years old, I'm also at a great age where as I'm still playful but way past that destructive puppy stage. That sure makes for a nice combo for my new family. Oh and another nice thing...I'm already house trained too!! I have an amazing tiger striped pattern in my coat and show stopping amber colored eyes which make for a stunning combo!! My hairytage of the Mountain Cur and the Plott hound makes for the beautiful swirling stripe pattern of my coat, a genetic characteristic. My personality is sweet, sweet, sweet and I am very human oriented. I love giving and getting kisses and spending time with my people. Also, for a medium sized dog of 55ish lbs, I am a great snuggler!! I will wrap myself around my Foster Mum and delight in the attention!! I will stay there snuggling for as long as she has time! I walk well on leash and know how to sit and stay. I have great focus and pay attention really well. I am a people pleaser and will try to do whatever it takes to make you happy!! I get on well with most all other doggies and enjoy romping in the yard getting a good game of keep away or tag you're it going but I LOVE hoomans and haven't met a stranger yet, I'm pretty sure everyone is here just to give me lots of lovins!! :) I'm a great size to make you a pawsome action adventure type companion, whether it's going for neighborhood strolls, camping trips or hikes in the wilderness, I'm willing and ready! And then after our fun, I love my beloved snuggles by the fireplace (on the couch is fine too). I'm up for trying it all with...YOU!! If you are looking for a "dog of a different color", then look no further!! I for sure want to be your gal!!

Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Heidi - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! My name is Heidi, full of youthful exuberance for life, innocence and curiosity. Ready to crawl right into your heart (won't take long either!!) and be a part of a family...YOUR family! I am still a youngster yet, a big puppy at heart! I have lots of energy and am quite agile. I could be a great candidate for obedience classes and maybe even some fun ones like agility classes. I'm a smart cookie (i know cuz my foster mom tell me so!) and catch on quickly. At 11 months and around 45lbs, I shouldn't get much bigger at my adult weight. What a perfect size for...everything! Neighborhood strolls, nature hikes(aaaah, all those wonderful tantalizing smells), camping, being a co-pilot for errand runs or trips to the park! You name it, I'm ready to give it a whirl and have a blast too (with whatever it is) just cuz we're doing it together!! And the bestest part is that I'm also small enough that I don't hog the whole couch for my cherished cuddle time!! My foster mom wanted you to know this about me - -she is housebroken -she wants to be a lap dog; -she would fit well with an adult home with older children; -with her high prey drive she should be in a home without small dogs or cats but will do well with her size or larger size breed of dogs; -she is a fast learner and will shine with an owner that will include her in their everyday life adventures; -she is crate trained; -she follows basic commands and walks well on leash; -she thrives on daily walks; -she’s a family dog and will make a fabulous family member; -she loves walks, hikes, exploring, tug of war and games using her nose and sparking her intelligence; -she’s quite agile and shows ability in figuring out how to jump over or crawl under set obstacles. She is happy, fun loving and eager to bring joy to her forever home! As my short sleek coat is low maintenance in the grooming department, making me more of a wash-n-to type of gal. And you do know what that means don't you?!! Oh yep yep, lots of extra time in the 'spoil me rotten' department. And you know that's what it's all about!! ;) Big on personality, smart and inquisitive, affectionate and sweet, my oh my I have a boatload of great traits going on, oh and don't forget my stunning good looks, to make me a great family addition, I just need the family...could it be YOUR family?

Love (v), a very strong affection, intense feelings of devotion and compassion...see also American Staffy I was named after the Bluebell flower which symbolizes gratitude and humility. Wow that's a mighty big name to live up to, but I'm up for the challenge as I'd be forever grateful to know a loving home and I can be very modest about having all that love heaped on me. And of course, you also have Bluebell Ice Cream which is a cool delicious sweet treat. Oh my, yep, I'm definitely named after the ice cream!! Wow, pretty as a flower and sweet as ice cream. That is a mighty big win win! At around 3 years and coming in at around 63lbs, I'm a good size gal but don't worry that just means they is more of me to put a whole lot of lovins on you. I don't know about you but I find that a pretty good win for both of us too!! I am a very affectionate gal that loves loves loves my people.. both tall and small. I'm super laidback and calm, just going with the flow, enjoying my people time that includes lots of cuddles. I also do great with other pups and love my outings especially when I get to go visit all my friends (both 2 and 4 legged) at the doggie park or at doggie daycare. What can I say, I make friends with everyone, everywhere I go!!!! I love getting attention, sunbathing, car rides, going for walks, my spa days and to top it all off, I'm house trained too. Now that's another winning combination!! My breed are known for their affectionate, loving nature and are also low in grooming maintenance. Just a quick bath, brush and nail trim and I'm ready to go!! I would make great company for someone that works from home or who is retired. With my friendly nature and calm ways I'd even be a great first time pet parent pup!! Loving, housetrained, good with the kiddos, good with other dogs, cuddly... WOW! I'm all that wrapped up in one big package. The only thing missing is YOU, but we can fix that easily , just stop what you're doing and fill out my adoption application and I'll be happy to take it from there!!

I'm Cowboy, the most pawsome buckaroo of the canine world. I'm a 2yr old fella coming in at around 70lbs. A great family addition that is housebroken, sweet, mellow and super affectionate! Story
Please note that we are a TX based rescue. All of our dogs reside in foster homes in TX. We transport our dogs once they have been adopted. Our app can be found at haydudeequine.org Hiya, world! My name is Duvet. I had a pretty ruff start to my life, but am ready for a person of my own. I was seized with over 80 other doodle dogs from a cruelty seizure/hoarding house on the boarder of Mexico and TX. All of the dogs taken from the house had never even seen grass before! While I am still working on trusting humans, I love my doggy friends! I definitely get confidence from having other human centric animals around me. Only open to one fur family friend in your life? No problem! I am very food motivated and will learn to trust you in no time with some tasty chicken snacks! I will need a very patient adopter that will give me time to decompress. I promise I am worth it though! I have come so far in such a short amount of time, I am improving daily with my socialization and interactions with hoomans. Look into my beautiful loving eyes, and apply to adopt me today! Our app can be found at haydudeequine.org
