Story
APPLY HERE https://is.gd/pawsfor&#226&#128&#139seniorsapp (Application opens in a new browser window.) Fennec, is a 12 lb, 3-year-old Spayed Female, Chihuahua mix who recently joined our rescue with eight companions. They came from a shelter in Northern Virginia and are now looking for loving homes. Most are friendly and seek out humans for affection. Fennec is a tad shy, and learning that humans are a source of love and affection.  Our intake medical process includes a wellness exam, required vaccinations, baseline bloodwork, spayed/neuter, microchip and a dental if needed.  Fennec is ready for the next chapter in her life and came from a multi-dog environment, we believe the best home for her would include another confident companion dog to learn from and a secure fenced-in yard. We also believe that older children would be a good fit.Paws For Seniors Adoption Process Thank you for your interest in adopting a Paws For Seniors pet. APPLY HERE https://is.gd/pawsforseniorsapp (Application opens in a new browser window.) Introducing Jennifer, a 2-year-old spayed Pointer who is looking for her forever home. Jennifer is up to date on core vaccinations, heartworm negative, and microchipped. At 39 pounds, she is fully grown and ready to bring joy to a new family. Jennifer is not only smart but also very friendly. She gets along well with other dogs, including small ones, and cats. She enjoys playing with toys and engaging in activities like tug-of-war. Jennifer has already learned commands like sit, stay, wait, down, and drop-it, showcasing her quick learning abilities. She is house-trained, sleeps through the night, and is comfortable in a crate. Due to her breed, Jennifer would thrive in a home with a large, secure fenced yard where she can run and play freely. We believe Jennifer would be a great fit for a family with older children, offering the opportunity to grow together and create lasting memories. If you are looking to add a loving and trainable companion to your family, Jennifer might just be the perfect match for you.Paws For Seniors Adoption Process Thank you for your interest in adopting a Paws For Seniors pet. Story
APPLY HERE https://is.gd/pawsfor&#226&#128&#139seniorsapp (Application opens in a new browser window.) Although he’s chubby, because of a Hypothyroid condition, Finn is a wonderful little guy that deserves a loving person and a place to call home. His spirit is always positive and he is always glad to see you. He grunts like a pig, tail is always wagging, and he always has a smile on his face. When you meet Finn, you too will be smiling. Finn is active, despite his thyroid condition; he can’t quite jump up on the couch to lay next to you, but he will put his two front paws up on your lap, look into your eyes as if to say” a little help here”. Finn came from a home with multiple pets and the owner could no longer care for them. They were taken in by Paws for Seniors in early March of this year. Finn is the last one needing a home; his spirit remains high and each day we hope his forever person will find him. He is 8-years old and weighs 21 pounds, (he actually has lost weight in the last 3 months). He takes an inexpensive Thyroid pill twice a day to keep his Hypo-Thyroid condition under control. Finn is up to date on required vaccinations, recently had a dental and was neutered at that time. He is also microchipped. He is crate trained, does his business outside, and we think he would love a dog his size to run and play with. Finn will definitely enrich the life and bring joy to whoever adopts him!Paws For Seniors Adoption Process Thank you for your interest in adopting a Paws For Seniors pet.
