Story
Fluff needs a unicorn adopter! He was found with another dog living in a garage and is fearful and reactive with strangers and has a way to go accepting strangers into his space. But once he feels safe with you, he will be your best friend. Fluff has been working on reactivity on walks and is doing great with positive reinforcement training. We are ideally looking for an adult-only home and ideally someone who has experience working with behavioral issues. Fluff needs an adopter who is patient and will continue training with him and make him feel safe and loved. Fluff AKA Fluffers is 1.5yo, 15lb, male, Pomeranian mix. Love's: Car rides, boat rides, sniffaries on walks, being outside, playing tug of war with his favorite toy, chasing his ball, curling up on your lap, a good chew stick. Personality: FOMO, resilient, wants to please, playful, curious, affectionate Best feature: Soulful eyes Best move: Rolling over for belly rubs. Fun fact: I like steamed broccoli and carrots Activity level: Moderate Dogs: Dog - Selective Cats: Unsure, he has a high prey drive so not sure about living with cats. Sleep style: Dog bed w/Blankie Snore-o-meter: 0 Bark-o-meter: 0 unless a stranger comes to the house or he has the Zoomies, then a 10. Shedding meter: 5, requires brushing and some grooming Fashion: Harness and matching leash. Signature color: Red Walk out song: I won't back down - Tom Petty Favorite seasons: Summer and Fall (let's stomp on the crunchy leaves together) Bucket list: Backyard Bonfires, camping, or just doing whatever your doing. Fluff is neutered up to date on all necessary vaccinations. If interested in adopting apply at the link below! https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CDMI/Dog

Story
Scoobs is a ~1yo male, 50lb (yes actually), pitty mix. He is a total goofball and could play all day! He loves to snuggle and is a total lover and once he gets to know you, and will wobble behind you everywhere you go! However, Scooby does take time to warm up to new people or people coming into his home. He does not like to be pet/approached quickly and needs you to wait for him to come to you when you first meet him and will need a family who can advocate for him and his space. Because of this we are looking for an adult-only home, that does not have a lot of people coming and going. He gets very excited when he plays or is excited and can get mouthy, bouncy, and barky but just can't control his excitement! He calms down when redirected and settled. He is very good with other dogs but would do best with another dog who loves to wrestle and play as much as him! He is ok with cats but will try to chase them in a playful way and needs redirection. He is neuter and up to date on all necessary vaccines. If interested in adopting please apply with Chained Dogs MKE Inc at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CDMI/Dog

Story
Nellie is a 3-year-old, pittie mix who was found neglected and starving on a second floor balcony. Nellie now blossomed into a healthy 50lb snuggle bug and is ready for find her forever home! Nellie needs slow introductions to new things but her foster parents are doing an amazing job at helping her gain confidence everyday! She is slow to warm up to people (men in particular), she gets along with other dogs, but prefers male dogs and will need slow introductions to them as well. She would do best in a home without small animals or kids. She is a snuggle bug and if she is not cuddled up next to you, she can be found relaxing by a window keeping watch on the neighborhood or enjoying a nap. Nellie is incredibly intelligent and making strides in her training every day. Her current favorite skills are loose leash walking and giving high-fives! Nellie is truly those once in a lifetime dog who will be your most loyal best friend, she deserves the best home, and any owner will be lucky to have her by their side! Nellie is spayed and up to date on necessary vaccinations! If interested in adopting Nellie apply at the link below! https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CDMI/Dog

Story
Zeus is a 2yo male, Great Dane/mastiff, 115lb, male! When Zeus came to us a month ago he weighed only 93lbs but he has put on some much needed weight! Zeus, may be the cutest (and maybe biggest) cuddle buddy you'll ever encounter! This lovable giant loves to sneak in close for pets, making sure to put himself right under your arm or hand. Whether he's underfoot in the kitchen or snuggled up in your lap during movie time, Zeus is all about sharing hugs and kisses with his humans. Currently being fostered on a small farm with goats, chickens, ducks, and turkeys, Zeus is friendly with other dogs and cats, but he LOVES to play and chase. So another dog friend who likes to do the same and is ok playing with big dog like Zeus! He definitely has a lot to say and is a very talkative and opinionated guy, so he will tell you how he feels.. so apartment living would not be ideal for Zeus! Zeus is a big and strong guy, he's working on basic commands and recently started formal training with his foster parents to help with some of his manners. Zeus's family needs to have previous giant breed experience and be strong enough to handle his size and strength, he tries his best to be gentle but he sometimes forgets just how big he is. Zeus would do best in an adult only home. Zeus needs a home with a fenced in yard where he can zoom around freely! With love and patience, Zeus will thrive and bring endless joy to your life. If you're ready for a lovable, playful, talkative companion, Zeus is your guy! Zeus is neutered, UTD on vaccines, and underwent a preventative Gastropexy, so he's all ready to find his forever family!
