Story
Karina was living in a DPW parking lot. This poor baby had three litters of kittens outside, before PAWS could rescue her. She's extremely shy, but now, after a year, enjoys sitting near her loving foster mom, when she works from home. That's encouraging progress! Her best home will be with an experienced cat owner in a quiet home without other pets or children.

Story
Every cat deserves a good home - is yours the right one for Pam and Flo? This bonded pair of felines is ready to find their permanent one. Flo, a luxurious soft gray, and Pam, midnight black, both with beautiful green eyes, are 8.5-9 yrs old. They met in a shelter, where they spent a long time, and are quite timid. They're good cats and would love a quiet home (no kids, no cats or dogs) where they could have their own space to enjoy the sun and lots of naps. Pam and Flo are perfectly happy just to keep one another company and do not seek out petting or laps. As their photos show, sometimes they're velcro kitties, and sometimes they want their own space. They need lots of time to build trust with their caregiver, one who will be patient and kind and understanding as they slowly settle in. Their foster mom lovingly refer to them as “my decoratives”. Do you know someone who whose home would be perfect for them?

Story
An affectionate gal with lots of love to give, 8yo Ophelia has a gentle demeanor and sweet nature. She is quirky and playful, younger than her 8 years would suggest! As a grown woman, Ophelia knows what she wants and will politely let her needs be known by a light meow to remind you it's time for food or by showing you where she'd prefer to be pet. Curious and snuggly, Ophelia's favorite pastimes are greeting you at the door, bathing in a sunny window, and napping nearby her foster mom's feet, a comfy and safe spot. She'll be happiest as your only pet so she can have all of your attention to herself. She will repay your kindness with endless purrs and head butts. Beautiful Ophelia is the epitome of feline resilience and is ready to bring warmth and love into your life.

Story
Once a scrappy survivor, Fuego has turned into a true lovebug now that he's found safety and comfort. This orange-and-white warrior has cleaned up nicely and is now all about cuddles, pets at times of his choosing, and, of course, food! Recently, Fuego started sleeping next to his foster mom in bed and is getting more social - he'll politely meow when it's breakfast time and make it known that he's hungry. He's not super playful but is pretty chill. With his big heart, Fuego's journey from the streets to snuggles is nothing short of amazing. He's a foodie at heart, always ready for mealtime and affection in equal measure!

Story
Hi I am Jumanji, and I really like to play. I am an active young guy of 3 years. I must be a solo cat in a family that will play with me a lot. Sorry, no dogs, either. I am friendly and like to be around people but I haven't been overly affectionate yet I need to have my meals measured since I will eat whatever is offered. I'd like to keep my svelte sleek good looks. I had an entropion procedure to correct a condition where my eyelashes turned in and caused irritation. I can see clearly now and and will be happy to look you over to see if we'll be a good fit.
