Story
Moon Moon was adopted from the Humane Society three years ago. At that time, he was thought to be about 2 years old, making him about 5 years old. He is a very loving and energetic dog. He is also very, very smart. Currently, Moon Moon shares a home with two school aged children and 7 cats (along with the adults). He can get defensive about his food but is otherwise great with everyone. Moon Moon hasn't had a ton of experience with other dogs but has been friendly, if not overly enthusiastic. An ideal home would have a big fenced yard and humans who can engage with Moon Moon often.

Story
Sylas is an 11 month old Shepherd/Husky mix. He is a very playful and energetic dog that would be great for any family with a backyard. At the end of the day his favorite thing to do is cuddle up next to you for a good long nap. Sylas is ok with other dogs and loves to run with other dogs at the dog park. We discovered that he likes to chase our cat and we were unable to prevent him from doing so. Sylas is crate trained as well as potty trained. We adopted Sylas from the Humane Society in Tacoma WA. Due to new career opportunities there is no longer anyone at home during the day to spend time with Sylas. He has to be kept in his crate when we are not home to prevent him from chasing the cat or chewing whatever he finds out of boredom. Sylas deserves a good loving home with lots of space to run and play and a family who is able to spend a lot of time with him.

Story
Name: Faith Gender: Female Breed: Husky About Faith: Introducing Faith, a remarkable 3-year-old Husky whose story is as inspiring as her spirit is endearing. Faith was found in August 2023, wandering the streets on the outskirts of Guadalajara city, in a harrowing state with a severe injury to her eye. Despite the unimaginable pain she must have endured, Faith's strong will and unyielding determination shone through, helping her survive and continue to show an incredible zest for life. Faith is a beautiful example of the resilience and strength Huskies are known for. With her natural runner’s spirit, she thrives in environments where she can explore and be active. Huskies are known for their boundless energy and love for adventure, so it's highly recommended to keep Faith securely leashed and within a fenced area to prevent her from chasing after small animals, which is an instinctive trait of the breed. Despite her rough start, Faith is incredibly smart, intuitive, and affectionate. She has an innate ability to connect with people and is open and trustful, showing that she has a big heart despite past hardships. Faith loves playing with other dogs and is well-balanced in social settings, making her a wonderful companion for outings and adventures with you by her side. Faith is a fast learner and responds well to training, thriving when given a purpose and regular daily exercise. As a working breed, Huskies like Faith need plenty of physical and mental stimulation to stay happy and healthy. She’ll be at her best when engaged in activities that challenge her and keep her active. If you’re ready to offer Faith the loving home she deserves, you’ll gain a loyal and spirited companion who will fill your life with joy and adventure. Come meet Faith and see how her resilient spirit and loving nature can enrich your life! They are currently in Mexico awaiting a family committed to a 10-day trial. If interested, please apply at www.northwestwagrescue.org. The adoption fee is $600 and includes up-to-date vaccines, a negative heartworm test, spaying/neutering, and microchipping. ##2093860##
