HISTORY: Yukon was rescued as a stray in eastern Washington in February 2022. He was dirty, skinny and had several lacerations. He was obvious that he had been living on the streets and fending for himself for a while. Vets believe that he was born in Early 2018. UPDATE: Yukon is a now a big beautiful boy with a luxurious coat and ready for his forever home! Yukon is looking for an active family who will include him in all their activities. He would like a home with a yard and a 6' high fence that he can't jump over. Bonus if he finds a home with Husky/northern breed experience, and someone who loves to run like he does! He would also be good a playmate. Yukon would do best with older gentle kids as he would be too much for toddlers. HISTORY: Winchester was an owner surrender in Eastern Washington when he came into rescue May 24, 2023. He is a wonderful and friendly dog except he doesn't like to be in a cage. He is needing a FOSTER FAST! UPDATE: Winchester was very high energy when first coming out of his kennel and leaving Petsmart, but as soon as we were outside and had walked for a few minutes, he became STELLAR on a leash; I was shocked at how good he was! He liked to sniff around but ultimately seemed unbothered by car noise and other outside sounds, although he is interested in trying to meet other people and dogs (we did not do either on our walk so I can’t speak to how he would be if he was allowed to say hi). He seems pretty confident and is very sweet, definitely more of a chill demeaner once he gets some exercise out. He jumped up a few times when I first got him from the kennel but I think with training that would be something easy to work on. PLEASE SEE THE LINKS BELOW IS YOU COULD BECOME A FOSTER OR ADOPTER! Chevy is a husky mix and is about 6.5 years old and weighs 45 pounds. Chevy’s a perfect gentleman with excellent manners and he’s a total sweetheart! He loves people and other dogs and knows basic commands such as sit, down and wait. He is also kennel-trained. Chevy loves to be affectionate, but also respects your space and doesn’t jump on people. Puppy days are behind her which means no chewing and no puppy antics. Her dream day consists of cuddling, being wherever her human is, and laying in the sunshine. Princess was found as a stray. Story
Tsuki is a purebred Alaskan Malamute, I bought as an 8 week old. She has been a perfect family dog with my two children from ages 4 to 10 the last 4 years. She loves cats, and has two small ferrets that are technically her pets that love to climb on top of her. She is very sweet, very gentle and does not ask for much. Honestly, she is a very easy dog to care for. She just wants love and care. Unfortunately, my own family has seen some major life changes in the last two years and she went from a 5 acre ranch to a city apartment. Honestly, she does well in the apartment too, as long as she has someone with her. It is just that now, that is no longer possible. My mother and her dog have moved into a senior home, my kids go to school during the day, and I work nights. This means that Tsuki has to be left alone for hours at a time, this has lead to depression and howling when we are away. No intervention has worked. The truth is, Tsuki just does best when she is with others. Dog or human.

I'm Narang, a 6-year-old Jindo Chow mix with a heart full of love. I was rescued just in time from a shelter in Iksan Si where I was sadly facing euthanasia. I adore people so much that I might bark a bit when I first meet someone new, but it's just my way of saying hello. In no time, I'll be nudging you for pets and cuddles. I'm polite with other dogs; I'll say hello, but I'm not much of a rough player. If another dog barks, I might get a bit excited, so I prefer a calm atmosphere. Food, though, I don't mind sharing at all, whether it's with humans or furry friends. During walks, I might pull on the leash a bit, but I'm generally good at following your lead. I'm currently recovering from heartworm treatment, so occasional diarrhea is part of my healing process. However, I'm a good eater and prefer doing my business outside. I dream of finding a forever home where I can be the center of someone's world. If you're looking for a loving companion who craves your affection and is ready to share a lifetime of joy, I'm your girl. Let's make memories together!
