Story
Shiloh is 6 years old. I got him from a friend 2 months after he was born while I was in collage. He grew up as the only dog , so he doesn’t care for other dogs. He doesn’t like cats, he does well with older kids. He loves cars rides, pup cups, trail walks, and sitting on his bed or couch. Shiloh needs a home with a lot yard space to chill.

Story
Meet Shiloh! He's a 6-year-old, neutered bundle of love who's looking for his forever home. Shiloh is the perfect mix of chill and energetic. He loves walking on trails, car rides, and cuddling. Whether lounging on his bed at home or snuggling with you while you work out or watch TV, Shiloh is your perfect companion. I adopted Shiloh during my senior year of college in 2018, and he has been my loyal friend ever since. He's been around younger kids, though he prefers to be the center of attention without other pets. While he tolerates dogs that respect his space, Shiloh would thrive as the only pet in the home. Shiloh would be a fantastic companion for a couple without kids or a single person looking for a loyal friend. Due to a recent layoff and a new job that requires constant travel, I'm unable to provide Shiloh with the stability and attention he deserves. I don't want Shiloh to spend his days in boarding; he has so much love to give. If you'r

Story
Let's get Ruger his best home! Ruger wants to play play play all day! He is a fun loving, 45 pound beagle mix who loves toys and other dogs! Like LOVES toys! Anything is a toy! He is active, playful, and super friendly. He is almost housetrained and has been doing well at his foster home. He is crate trained and quiet in the crate. He is goofy and just wants to play all the time. Oh and get pets. And snacks. And 2nd breakfast, tea time, elevenses, supper, and dinner. Once he finishes a meal, he looks around for the rest of it! Ruger is learning some household manners like to not counter surf and to walk nicely on a leash. He has been doing well with training and now knows to not jump on others and to sit and wait for a treat. Its just HARRRDDDD to wait because he loves food and is sooooo energetic. Because he is so strong and is a bit of a "bull in a china shop", we think that a home with out toddlers would be best simply because he does not always think when playing and can easily knock a small child over. He is not mean about it, but he is a puppy still and he just doesn't know any better. He seems to be one and a half years old and has lots of puppy energy. **Ruger's adoption fee is going towards his boarding and training** If you are interested in adopting Ruger, please fill out an application at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FAY-A-7357 **Applications can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to complete. Story
Yuengling is a spunky, 5 month old puppy who is ready for his forever home! Breed wise? Pitbull, Lab, Boxer, German Shepherd are some of the breeds that popped up in one of his sibling's DNA test! We think that he will reach about 50 pounds or so when full grown. He currently weighs 35 pounds. Yuengling has been around lots of kids and other dogs and does great with everyone! We also think that he will do well with cats after an introduction. He is playful and enjoys exploring the yard. He is pretty much housebroken too! If you are interested in adopting Yuengling, please fill out an application at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FAY-A-7542 **Applications can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to complete. Story
Corona is a playful, 4 month old puppy who is ready for her forever home! We are not sure how big she will get though, so any family should be prepared for a 35-45 ish point puppy when full grown. She is the smallest puppy of her litter. Breed wise? Momma seems to be a small Labrador mix, but apart from that, everything else is a guess! Corona has been around lots of other dogs and around some kids and she has does great with everyone! She is a big baby doll!! She doesn't seem to be affected by her foster family's cats when they come near, but there hasn't been a formal introduction. She plays hard with her big foster brothers but loves even harder. She will do wonderful with younger kids and other dogs. This silly girl is almost house trained and fully crate trained. She is learning to come and sit and is very food motivated so she will probably be easy to train with some one on one training. If you are interested in adopting Corona, please fill out an application at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FAY-A-7544 **Applications can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to complete. Miller loves food! He will bounce and bounce for treats! Miller is 5 months old. We think that he will reach around 50 pounds or so when full grown. Momma weighed about 35 pounds, so dad much have been big! He already weighs 37 pounds. We know that momma is a Labrador mix and we think that dad was maybe an American Bulldog or Catahoula. It makes sense with his size, wrinkles, and coloring from him and the rest of the litter. Miller has been around lots of kids and other dogs and does great with kids and adults! He enjoys playing with the other dogs in his foster home. We also think that he will do well with cats after an introduction. Story
Meet Dave! This hunk of love is a 2 year old Chocolate Lab mix. Dave is about 65lbs. Dave came from the Fayette County Animal Shelter, after they moved, because he needed a place where his "happy tail could heal. And healed it is! The hair has even mostly grown back. So, he is ready for his forever home! He is extremely trainable, he loves treats, and he's super eager to please. He is housebroken, and crate trained. And that's without a doggy door. If you have a dog door, I'm confident that he would learn very quickly. Dave is so good about telling you what he wants too! Without being pushy or annoying, he makes it known if it's breakfast or dinner time, he tells you if his water is out, and even when he wants to go out for play or potty time. And, if you don't notice those immediate cues; he will get pushy and annoying (though that stage is brief, if he's telling you he needs to potty). Now for the things Dave loves, in no particular order: People Couches (if the people are on it) Dogs that will play with him Food Attention Chew toys Oh, and most importantly: Dave believes that Ball is life! If you do not have tennis balls, Dave will insist that you invest in some. He also loves golf cart rides and going on adventures with his humans. His favorite places to go are places where his humans will shower him with love and attention! He will do just about everything so long as he can be with his people. If you have a cat at home, Dave is probably not for you. His foster family has a cat, and they have to keep them separate because he is overly interested in her. His foster mom's dream for Dave, is a forever family with another active dog to play with. He LOVES his foster siblings, and wants to play with them any chance they will allow. He will need a physically strong and energetic owner because of how strong and energetic he is. He's Fantastic on a leash (most of the time) but he can pull if something (like a dog he wants to play with) gets his attention. Dave would also do best with dog savvy older children because of his size, strength, and athleticism. Dave has some selective reactivity, that is getting much better as he gets more comfortable and confident in his environment, So, please understand that he may take some time to get used to you or your family, and he will need to continue being socialized regularly. Because of his reactivity, and strength, he would be best in a home with older/larger children, or a home with no kids at all. If you believe you and Dave are right for each other, go ahead and fill out an application. He would love to meet you! If you are interested in adopting Dave, please fill out an application at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FAY-A-7727 **Applications can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to complete. Meet Melo! He is fun loving and active! He is a Labrador or Golden Retriever mix who LOVES to play! He is high energy and loves to investigate new things. Everyone is his friend! He will run right up to other dogs for play and right into your lap for pets. He has not been around cats yet. Melo is crate trained, but is not 100% housetrained yet, since he is outside much of the time. Melo is one of the dogs with us who is being fostered by his owner while he looks for a forever home.
