Story
Fable is a 1yr old cattle dog from Mississippi who has lots of lovable energy. She tends to be timid on walks so exercise becomes challenging since I have limited space for her to run and plays She does great with my 4yr old daughter and shares a space with a toy poodle who she gets along perfectly with. I believe fable would do great in a home with a large yard that she can run around in and possibly another dog her size to help release all of her energy.

Adoption Description for MobyMeet Moby! This 9-month-old neutered male mixed breed is ready to find a new home. Although he can be a little shy at first, Moby is incredibly snuggly and loves affection once he feels comfortable. He came to us from the South, so his history is a bit of a mystery, but his sweet and gentle nature is undeniable.Moby will thrive best in a home with a patient family who understands the importance of giving him time to adjust and settle in. He may need a smaller, more quiet space to start, so he can build confidence at his own pace. Please note that Moby has a leg injury that requires rest for a period of time as he recovers. Despite this, he`s still a charming and loving pup who is sure to bring joy to the right family once he`s feeling better! If you think Moby might be the perfect addition to your family, come meet him today!

Give him a chew toy and he is in heaven. Watch out for kisses; this pup will shower you with them. Clifford has learned to sit on command for treats and seems to be proud of this accomplishment. He loves time outside and does not bark. He is a great couch mate to watch TV. Clifford is just a super sweet boy that is ready for his forever home!Clifford is a little timid but just needs to continue to build his confidence. A home with another dog would help with this. He can be shy when meeting kids, so dog savvy children would be best.Clifford is doing well with house training but may have the odd accident if not taken outside regularly. He knows how to use a doggy door on command and is doing well with his leash training.Clifford is a great puppy and will fit into a family or individual setting. He is ready for the next step! Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line. Story
Devlin is a sweet and shy young lady who is looking for a home of her own! She came to us from a southern shelter so we don`t know much about her history, but she has been getting braver every day! Devlin loves to meet new people and hasn`t met a lap she didn`t try to climb into. She is super sweet and snuggly, but has been a bit overwhelmed by all the sights and sounds of her new environment. Since she can be worried in new places Devlin is looking for a family that can teach her about the world in a safe and fun way and go at her pace. Devlin seems to get a lot of comfort from other dogs and we think she would likely do best in a home with another social dog who can help her build her confidence! If you think this dog could be a good match for your home and would like to learn more, stop by our Boston Adoption Center. We have open adoption hours Tuesday-Sunday from 12pm-3pm – no appointment needed to speak to a staff person regarding available dogs. Preparing your home for your new dog or puppy ahead of time can help ease the transition for your new pet and set you both up for success should there be a dog that’s a good match! To learn more about how to make the first few weeks with your new dog or puppy the most successful it can be, please visit www.mspca.org/petresources. For more information on our adoption process, please visit https://www.mspca.org/adoption-centers/how-to-adopt/ Please note, in an effort to keep the stress levels reduced for the dogs in our care, our dog kennel areas will not be open to walk through. Interested adopters will work with a matchmaker on staff to determine which dog(s) they’re interested in - and if we can identify a match, potential adopters will be able to meet those dogs outside of the kennel. Cat and small animal areas will remain open to walk through.
