Story
Fudge will be at our adoption event on Sunday 3/2 At the Newton Petsmart from 11-1! Our sweet Fudgey boy is ready to find his perfect forever family! For those of you who have been following along our journey, you know that Fudge is a parvo warrior. He has been negative for parvo for weeks now and is thriving in his foster home. He is ready to find his perfect forever home to live out his long healthy life! Fudge also went viral on TikTok after his foster mom posted a video of him getting whacked by his foster sister’s tail - it was so funny that 1.5 million people watched!! Fudge is about 3 months old and is an Aussie/pittie mix. He has the cutest chocolatey brown fur and one tall white sock. He is currently about 12 lbs and putting on weight. We expect that he will be medium sized when he is finished growing. Fudge loves to snuggle and will gladly curl up next to you or one of his big foster dog siblings on the couch. Despite his size, he has no fear of the big dogs and will happily play with them. He also loves to try and play with the cats in his foster home. He is a silly, spunky, playful boy that loves toys and attention. He sleeps through the night in his crate and we are working on housebreaking. Fudge will need a patient forever home dedicated to all of his puppy training including housebreaking, socialization, obedience, etc. Since we know he is an Aussie mix, we expect that he will grow to be a highly intelligent and energetic adult dog that will need a lot of stimulation and activity. A family that can understand his future needs as an active breed is ideal! Fudge deserves to have the absolute best life a dog could have with a forever home full of love, attention, and toys. Are you the perfect match for Fudge? http://www.coldnosewarmheart.org/dog-application.html @cnwhnj @coldnosewarmheartnj

Story
Jersey is an absolute sweetheart! From the moment you meet her, she captures your heart with her lovable nature. She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys running and playing with them outside. Whether she’s chasing after a toy, catching a frisbee, or zooming around the yard, Jersey is full of energy and fun. But she also loves to relax, often curling up for a nap with her family. She’s a cuddle bug who adores belly rubs and gives plenty of puppy kisses. If you sit down at her level, she’ll happily crawl into your lap, roll over for belly rubs, and shower you with love. Jersey’s favorite toys include chew toys, bones, soft squeaky toys (especially her stuffed rabbit), and she loves playing chase and fetch. Jersey is great in the car—she rides quietly, doesn’t get car sick, and enjoys the journey. One of the cutest things she does is play catch by herself—tossing up little toys, sticks, or even clumps of grass and catching them while hopping around. It’s absolutely adorable! Jersey is house training and she has started going to the door when she needs to go out. She’s also a fast learner, already mastering “sit,” “leave it,” and “go potty.” Jersey along with her mom and siblings were abandoned in NC during the cold snap with no where to go. A good samaritan brought them to a shelter in NC to get the safe. Her mom was about 29 pounds. When FHDR heard about Jersey, we transported her to NJ to live in a foster home. She is about 14-16 week old. If you have a furever home for this pet, please e-mail Furever Home Dog Rescue at FureverHomeDogRescue@gmail.com and request an adoption application. The breed and age of this pet is listed as is our best guess. We have no background info on who the mom and dad are. Please note we do not adopt puppies/dogs to homes where they will be left alone all day. We do not have a shelter facility you can visit. Our volunteers foster the dogs and pups in their homes once they have been vetted and transported here to NJ. Please read our homepage to read how the adoption process works. And, to read our many reviews - www.FureverHomeDogRescue.com. Thank you! ——

Story
Meet Glinda! This spunky, happy puppy is full of life and love! Glinda absolutely adores meeting new people and dogs. She does this cute wiggle butt every time she meets new people. Glinda is a playful girl who enjoys all kinds of toys and loves running around the yard. But when playtime is over, she’s also a big-time cuddler! She likes to be near her people, following her foster family around and snuggling up with them while they relax and watch TV. Glinda sleeps through the night without accidents and is making great progress with house training. She rides well in the car and is learning to walk nicely on a leash. She’s the perfect balance of active and calm. And when she runs or when it’s food time she hops—which is just too cute for words! This little girl has a huge personality! She’s full of joy and always ready for fun. Glinda sleeps in the sillest positions and she will keep you laughing! Glinda loves to grab the empty toilot paper rolls and carry them around the house! She is such a silly girl! Her beautiful brindle coat is complemented by gray and white ticking on her paws, making her extra unique. At approx 4 months old, she has so much love to give! Glinda is now thriving in a foster home in NJ. Her journey hasn’t been easy—her mom was surrendered to an overcrowded shelter in NC while pregnant—but now it’s time to turn things around. Let’s find this sweet girl the amazing forever home she deserves! If you have a furever home for this pet, please e-mail Furever Home Dog Rescue at FureverHomeDogRescue@gmail.com and request an adoption application.
