Story
Hero is the hero we all need! Hero has come such a long way since entering his foster home.  He was very scared and unsure at first, but with some encouragement he has gained a lot of confidence. He is unsure with new people but warms up pretty well and is sure to be your velcro dog once he trusts you. He is a big lover like a teddy bear, he loves to cuddle.  Hero does great walking on a leash and loves to learn new things. He knows how to sit, stay and some oter basic commands, he is a smart boy! Hero is potty trained and crate trained! I have 2 small dogs of my own and he has gotten along with them well, he likes to tease them to get them to play with him and they chase eachother around. He loves to play with toys, tug-o-war is his favorite. He sleeps in his kennel at night like a little angel. Hero is the best boy!   ##1981545##

Story
Jamie is a 7 yr old Australian Cattle Dog/Australian shepherd mix. Her birthday is January 22, 2018. She is a playful doggy who loves playing tug of war or with her chuck it ball out in the yard. She still has a TON of spunk for being 7, but loves sleeping too. She has no health issues and is a great companion for walks, runs, and hikes. She has a great coat for the snowy weather and loves to bury herself in it! She enjoys exercise and outside time, but also loves cuddling her humans. She is also excellently house trained, hasn't been crated since 2 years old. She can get pretty loud with barking when people are at the door, but usually calms down after a minute. I would not recommend a family with small children or other dogs- unless it is a dog pack situation. She goes to daycare and loves other dogs but has always been reactive around me. She has always been iffy with kids so I wouldn't reccomend. She's smart, knows almost 20 tricks, and would excel in a place with land. So sweet!

Story
My name is Tessa, and I am a 9 year old pure-bred mini Australian Shepherd. I have been with one family for most of my life, but almost 2 years ago one of my humans passed away and my other one couldn't take care of me anymore. I have since been with my new family, but they have little children who make me really anxious and scared. I do best in a calm environment where I am the center of attention. Please no children, unless they are older (12 years +) and know how to be calm around me. I grew up with other pets, and can do well with other dogs, I just need to be slowly introduced. I do love cats and do great with them in the home. I am overall a really sweet girl, and will stick to you like glue once I get to know you! I take anxiety medication currently, and am on a special diet because I am overweight. I am up-to-date on all vaccines and will have a copy of my medical records upon adoption with me.

Story
Meet Rocky! This six month old little freckle puppy will steal your heart. His favorite thing is snuggling up to his human and giving lots of cuddles and kisses.  He loves to play with all dogs and even likes the cat.  He is crate trained and sleeps quietly through the night. His love for cheese whiz and chicken is adorable, and it’s nice to hear he gets along well with kids. His shyness will likely improve as he becomes more comfortable in his environment. Rocky is being fostered in Thornton, CO. He is up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and available for his forever home. ##2146130##
