Harper is a stunning Australian Shepherd with a striking marbled, brindle coat. Her heart as big as the outback. She loves to meet people and play fetch. She is quick to learn and respect boundaries. She is a true sweetheart and is very gentle with children and can be taught to respect other pets. Very affectionate, social and playful. Her breed is very active: being a working breed, she does have a tendency to herd smaller (curly haired) animals and other dogs when she first meets them. She loves to run, play fetch, and tug-of-war. As she is getting older, she has gotten lazier and thus, fatter. Would do wonderful in an active household with active kids and a large yard. Is leash reactive and reactive toward strange dogs, but is great with people and small children. Knows lots of tricks and loves to perform. Treat motivated! Very patient and tolerant with professional and personal handling (grooming etc).
