Story
Meet Moose! This big hunk came to us with 3 other cats in need of a new start. They were very loved & unfortunately, their previous family is in the last stages of their life & they were unable to care for them any longer. Moose is declawed on his fronts, is roughly 7 years old, & is very sweet. He still has so much life to live & deserves a chance. Please consider this sweet boy. We would LOVE to see him get adopted with Batman, but it is not mandatory.

Story
Meet 19 year old SLASHER! Now do not let her name fool you, this darling senior is as gentle as it gets. Her dad was in the last stages of fighting terminal cancer & unfortunately, Slash & her siblings had no where to go. This sweet thing just needs a soft place to land. She was previously declawed by her owners & she has a clean bill of health. She spends most of her days sleeping & lounging but is still cuddly & sweet. Everything she has known has been ripped away & she deserves to live the rest of her life with a family that wont ask much of her. Please consider the seniors!

Story
Sweetpea is just what her name implies; sweet and super friendly. She absolutely loves humans and will readily come up to anyone for attention and some head scratches. Sweetpea has the biggest eyes we've ever seen on a cat. We think that makes her exceptionally cute. She is on a smaller side for being a full grown adult. When Sweetpea was brought in, the people who picked her up outside said she had been bullied by an alpha feral female cat. She had a lot of scratches on her nose and a few in other places on her body. Perhaps this is why she is not too fond of other cats. While Sweetpea lives with cats in her foster home, it takes her a while to get used to new ones. She hisses to try to keep them away, but doesn't try to fight. Her perfect home would be a single cat home where she can be the center of attention or a home with and easy going independent cat.Sweetpea is spayed, up to date on core vaccines, and microchipped. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She recently had bloodwork done and everything was within normal range. Her adoption fee is $145. Sweetpea is fostered in Tinley Park. Story
With a beautiful blue coat all over, Dusty is a looker. His coat has a sheen to it, making it look almost silver. He is a sweet nine-month-old boy, who is always looking for head scratches, and will bump you hand to get some. He does the same with other cats, gently headbutting them or rubbing against them, to get their attention. We believe it would be beneficial for Dusty to be adopted into a home with another easy going cat, or with one of the kittens in our rescue that he currently lives with. He would also do well as an only cat.Prior to coming to our rescue in November, Dusty spent his entire life living outside. He, and many other kittens, lived on a block over from a person whom we work with, and who feeds the neighborhood strays. We offered to trap the kittens earlier in the year, but the people who live on that block refused to let us do it. So when Dusty and his sister showed up on our contact's deck for food, she made sure to befriend them, and once she was able to pet them, she captured them. Since Dusty lived outside for most of his life, he may be a bit shy once in a new environment. The good thing is, he doesn't take long to learn to trust. As of now, Dusty loves to have his head and top of the body scratched, but is still unsure about the underside of it. We are working on getting him used to it so that he feels comfortable being picked up.Dusty is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and dewormed. The results of his FIV/FeLV tests were negative. His adoption fee is $145. Dusty is being fostered in Tinley Park.If you would like to meet or adopt Dusty, please complete our online application on this site. If you have specific questions about Dusty, you can email us at onegoaladoptions@gmail.com.PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 48 HOURS FOR APPLICATION PROCESSING. Story
Would you like to have your very own African wildcat? Just kidding. Samira is your average domestic short hair. She does, however, have markings and coloring that resemble a wildcat. Unlike most brown tabbies, her coat is more beige than grayish, and her stripes are broken up, like on a ticked tabby. The black on her tail contrasts sharply with the rest of her coat.Prior to coming to our rescue in November, Samira spent her entire life living outside. She, and many other kittens, lived on a block over from a person whom we work with, and who feeds the neighborhood strays. We offered to trap the kittens earlier in the year, but the people who live on that block refused to let us do it. So when Samira and her brother, Dusty, showed up on our contact's deck for food, she made sure to befriend them, and once she was able to pet them, she captured them. Samira is still a little shy, but also very brave. She allows pets all over her body and loves head scratches. We are sure she will blossom in a home where she gets more one on one attention. She and Dusty play together occasionally, but they are not bonded. They could, but don't have to be, adopted together. Samira gets along great with other cats. Samira is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and has been dewormed. She is FIV/FeLV negative. Her adoption fee is $145. If you would like to meet this cutie, please complete our online adoption application (in the comments section). If you'd like additional/specific information about Samira, you can message us through Facebook or email us at onegoaladoptions@gmail.com.PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 48 HOURS FOR APPLICATION PROCESSING.
