He gets along with other dogs with proper introductions and time to adjust. Cats are unknown. He is good with all people. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training. Hi! I’m Webster. After they were weaned from the bottle, they were moved to a foster where they got sick. They are now healthy and ready to find their forever homes . He loves other dogs is good with Cats and young children are unknown. They are typical chihuahua puppies and are very high energy. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training. He just arrived in MN on 7/20 so we are learning more about him.Say hello to Lou, He is the most adorable pup! &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143In just two weeks this smart little guy has started responding to basic commands such as come, sit and no. He has played with other dogs, cats and children and shows no signs of aggression. He readily alerts us when a stranger comes near . We have been house training him both to puppy pads and going potty outside and he is doing very well with few accidents and knows just what to do when outside. He loves sitting on your lap, sleeping with you and cuddling. The perfect dog for kids, singles or people who just love to have dogs who love people. Elderly people will appreciate the paper training, especially in our Minnesota winters.!! He attaches to those in his household and tends to hide from others initially . Patches is silly little guy with a big personality. He is shy at first with new people, but warms up super quickly and becomes your bestie in no time! Patches LOVES kids and playing with toys. He would be a wonderful family dog addition! All pets that are adopted out of Animal Harbor are fully vetted. This means they are spayed/neutered and receive a Rabies, yearly vaccinations, preventatives for heartworms as well as flea/tick, and microchipped along with any additional vetting required to keep them healthy and happy. Dogs/puppies 6 months and above are all heartworm tested (and treated if needed). Animal Harbor is located in Middle TN, but transport to a location near you is included in your adoption fee. We use Rescue Riders Pet Transport, (www.rescueridersllc.net), the most animal-friendly transport on the road.

Hi I'm Willow! My foster mommy says I'm a very sweet girl who gives amazing kisses. I'm a little girl at about 18 lbs chihuahua mix (I look like a chiweenie), but I have BIG love to give! In my current foster home there are two dogs my age/size and we get along really great..with the one we even started snuggling once or twice. We LOVE to play and run around chasing each other back and forth, play tug and wrestle - I love it!!! I would love to have a doggie brother or sister to play with and keep me company when my person/persons aren't home. I do ok in a kennel during the day while my foster parents are at work, but I'm also between my two foster brothers in their kennels so I feel secure despite not being a fan. I usually have my Kong with me to keep me occupied. Bonus if you have a fenced yard for me to run and play and get out my zoomies! I love to cuddle! Cuddling my foster papa at night is really my favorite (don't tell foster mommy). I like to sleep in my foster parents' warm bed. I burrow myself under the covers and settle right in. I'm potty trained on a schedule and do my business outside. My fosters noticed recently I try to get my people's attention by annoying them or going to the door and lightly pawing it. I'm housetrained and don't try to get into things that aren't mine. Put some teats/food in a Kong or give me a stuffy, ball or other toy to play with and I'll keep myself entertained. Did I mention I'm a championship cuddler? I can be shy when meeting new people. With a calm approach and (once I know you're a good person) I warm up within minutes even giving random kisses on occasion.. I can be vocal with people in my yard. With a little correction I settle quickly. This includes that scary Amazon guy. Lol. There aren't any cats in my current home. My fosters noticed I have a strong prey drive for fast moving bunnies in the yard so that kitties may not be a great fit for me. I'm pretty good in the car. I like to look out the windows and usually settle after a bit. I'm good on a leash too! We went walking at a car show recently and even at this place called Home Depot and even Petsmart. With a little more practice I'll be a pro soon enough. I'm close to mastering commands like sit and stay. I'm very treat motivated so training me should go well if you have those little yummy treats to reward me. There aren't any kids in my current home but my foster home but I've met several since being in rescue and loved them even giving them kisses and getting pets and hugs. My foster mom FINALLY realized I like to play fetch. It's so much fun! Hopefully you like what you've read and would like to meet me and make me a member of your family.
