T'challa is a true gem; he's well-mannered, potty-trained, and has the loving temperament of a teddy bear, making him an ideal companion, especially for a family with kids. He's been a wonderful part of my life, and finding the right family for him is my top priority. I want to ensure T'challa finds a home where his gentle nature and playful spirit are cherished and where he can continue to bring joy and companionship as he has done for me.

Danny is sweet and adorable and looking for a great forever home! Danny was found as a stray and taken to a shelter. Both of his eyes were damaged so they were removed, he was neutered he got a dental, is up to date on shots, micro-chipped, heart-worm and fecal tested negative. He gets along fine being blind and is good with other dogs. Danny is friendly and sweet. He is about 15 years old, 13 lbs, a shih tzu, and will need regular brushing and grooming to keep his fur looking beautiful. His adoption fee has been sponsored! Tucker came to us with a punctured eye from an open intake shelter and had to have it removed. He is fully recovered and in a foster home. Tucker can be cranky at times and he is very, very old so our rescue will keep him comfortable for however long he needs. Please HELP him! Emily is looking for a great fur-ever home! She is a 10 pound, female shih-tzu born on 12/05/21. Emily was released by a breeder who decided they did not need her anymore and has never been bred. She has lived in a cage her entire life, so she is not house or leash trained. Because Emily is very skittish and fearful, she will do best in a quiet home with a patient, experienced adopter (with no young children) willing to work with her and let her get comfortable at her own pace. She will need a fenced yard with another calm, socialized dog to teach her the ropes. She is starting to show her adventurous side by exploring her foster home, enjoying looking out the window, and being outside. Emily will be spayed at one of our approved vet clinics in the Chicago area prior to adoption. She is up to date on shots, micro-chipped, and heart-worm & fecal tested negative.
