Meet Wesley, who we saved at the 11th hour from a large, high kill shelter in Texas......As it turns out, this handsome gentleman, with a perfect shooting star marking on his chest, is just that - A STAR...❤...Wes is a VERY loving, happy, well behaved boy, who is dog friendly. Wes is about 6 years old, weighs 70 lbs and is very healthy...We do not know how he is with cats and have no way to test him. Wes is currently in boarding in Texas and would love a home with a family who will shower him with love and include him in their adventures...Could it be you?... If you live in the northeast OR Texas and feel you have what it takes to make Wesley's dreams come true, please follow the link below to fill out an adoption application and we will be in touch promptly...Hope to hear from you soon! Wesley's adoption fee is $500, which includes complete vetting, new bed, collar, harness, leashes, bowl, food for transitioning, complete medical record, HW prevention and transport north.

Story
We have Fergus in our care now and what a good boy he is...😃... Fergus was pulled from a shelter in Nebraska by a good Samaritan who just couldn't let him die...He is now in our program and is being cared for in Texas. This handsome fellow is about 6 years old, weighs 95 lbs and is just a stellar boy...He LOVES everyone and plays very nicely with every human and dog he meets...Fergus is an enthusiastic boy, who would do great with an active family, who will take him on hikes in the woods, include him in family activities, play fetch and have a friendly canine companion for him to romp with in their fenced in yard...❤ ...If you live in the Northeast or Texas and are interested in giving Fergus the home of his dreams, please fill out an adoption application...We promise to be in touch promptly...❤...Hope to hear from you soon!!!...Fergus' adoption fee is $500, which includes complete vetting, bed, bone, ball, new high quality harness, collar, leashes, complete medical record, food for transitioning and transport north... Fergus is being fostered in Texas.

Story
Hi! My name is Skye. I am a 3-year-old very energetic, food motivated, spayed American Pit Bull Terrier mix. I live with my human mom and dad, two human brothers, a dog sister, a dog brother, and NINE cats. I LOVE MY HUMANS! I need to find a home with no other (female) dogs. I love my dog sister, but she wants to be the boss, and so do I and this has caused much distress in my house. I'm committed to my people. Loyal. I know basics commands (but occasionally ignore them). I love treats, food, teeny tiny tennis balls that squeak, treats, food, cuddles, treats, food, and staring out the window. If you couldn't tell by my love of food, I'm very motivated by food. I will love you unconditionally once I get to know you (and you give me treats).

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.UPDATE 4/23/2020 She is now 7-1/2 years old.  Posted 5/30/14 Unique was found as a stray and had 2 puppies after being taken in.  She is a young girl at 1-1/2 years old and she is a very busy dog.  She is very loving and loves to play with other dogs, but can be selective on who she likes.Because she is so active we do require a fenced yard for this 70lb dog.  She is crate trained and is housetrained (here).  She is not cat safe and because she jumps we do not recommend kids under 12, she has becoming increasingly unsure of children so we are changing the age to be 18.  She needs obedience training that will make her a perfect dog.  Her adoption fee is $200.  All the dogs are Spayed or Neutered, Heartworm/Lyme tested, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas and overall Vet checked. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee along with an adoption kit . Application REQUIRED. Adoption fee required. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Update 3.8.2014 Buddy is now 2 years old and will be a work in progress. Buddy needs an experienced dog person, he cn not be allowed off leash EVER, he needs someone willing to get him out ofhis shell.  Posted 1/14/13 Buddy was in a very bad situation, born in a barn and not socialized or fed on a regualar basis.  He is very shy and with a little work can become a wonderful companion,.  He is about 10 months old and weighs 38lbs so he will be a meduim sized dog.  He is slowly getting used to being in a house since it is all foreign to him.  He is much more comfortable outside and PLAYS like a champ! This dog does need a fenced yard!!   His adoption fee is $200, BUT remember he needs a little work to be your BEST BUDDY!!  All the dogs are Spayed or Neutered, Heartworm/Lyme tested, UTD on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas and overall Vet checked. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee along with an adoption kit . Application REQUIRED. We take the applications in the order that we receive them. Adoption fee required.
