Story
I found Cota along with 3 other puppies on the side of a country road near Austin. Decided to keep him and find homes for the other 3. Sadly things have turned out a little differently in life and I have to work a lot more. So I’d rather him go to a home where he will have fun and not stay home all day long. He is quite independent, not a big cuddle dog, but he will lay down right next to you. He is a great listener and a herd dog, so he will protect the family. He is 1 year and 2/3 months old, I had him since he was about 3/4 months when I found him. Just want him to go to a loving caring household

Story
Meet Talya, a shy but incredibly affectionate 9-month-old girl who just needs a little time and love to reveal her true, gentle nature. Though she can be reserved at first, once Talya warms up, she becomes a sweet and loving companion who bonds deeply with her humans. Her true confidence shines when she’s around other dogs, and she absolutely thrives in their company. Playtime with her canine friends is where she feels happiest and most secure. Talya is already crate-trained and potty-trained, and she’s eager to show off her smarts—especially when there are treats involved! She quickly sits on command and is ready to learn more in the hands of a patient, loving family. While Talya does struggle with her confidence, especially when left alone, she has the potential to blossom with the right guidance and support. A home with at least one other dog would be ideal for her, as she takes great comfort in having a furry friend by her side to show her the ropes. With a patient, understanding family who can provide her with plenty of love, reassurance, and a calm environment, Talya will learn that the world isn’t so scary after all. Talya’s future is bright, and she’s looking for a family who can help her build her confidence and enjoy all the love, fun, and security life has to offer. She’s a gentle soul who needs a peaceful, nurturing environment where she can feel safe and supported as she continues to grow. Talya is currently located in a foster home in Texas and is waiting for her forever family to help her flourish. This pair has been together through thick and thin, and they are now searching for a special someone to give them a forever home together. They are both affectionate and friendly, and they love nothing more than to play together. They are very attached to each other and are always seen cuddling. They love going on walks and just enjoying each other`s company. While they are friendly to people, we are unsure if they are good with other dogs, so they would prefer to be the only pups in the household so they can enjoy all the love and attention to themselves! If you`re looking for a pair of four-legged friends to join your family, Bolt and Penny are the perfect pair. They are waiting for you with wags and kisses!Included with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up-to-date on heart-worm and flea/tick preventative, heartworm test which includes tick disease testing (if over 6 months), 24Petwatch microchip with registration, fecal analysis and health check before adoption, and spayed or neutered-if not already, a voucher is provided which will cover the cost. If you are adopting a puppy all puppy vaccines are covered as well.

Story
URGENT Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Wichita Falls, TX Meet Jolie! She is an 6 month old Australian Shepherd and weighs 19 lbs. She is up to date on shots and on heartworm prevention, but isn’t spayed. Jolie is nervous around strangers! She is good with kids and cats! No smaller dogs, due to her reactivity! Jolie wasn’t socialized while in her previous home, so she has some leash reactivity. She is fearful of bigger dogs and will need slow introductions to any dog that she meets. She is housebroken (for the most part and will let you know when she needs to go out) and crate-trained. The owner is surrendering her because she plays too rough with their other dog and her other dog is afraid of her. The owner is also expecting a new baby and won’t be able to provide the time and attention that Jolie needs. She needs to find a new home by 8/25. If you think you can provide a great home for Jolie, please contact the owner listed below. There is a rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Jolie. Owner’s Contact Information: Cassandra cassie.sue.carpenter@gmail.com
