Story
New to Rescue- Male and Female Siblings who look to be Border Collie and Australian Cattle Dog. (Best Guess) They are around 5 months old. The male is bigger, maybe because he got the most food? However, he also has big feet on him as well. They start out shy but warm up at food time. They WANT to be friendly, just learning how to not put feet up on things.  Herding dog experience required and willingness to train a pup.  The pups will be vetted the week of Thanksgiving yet they can still be met prior to then.  ##1569492##

Story
Available to Adopt - Travis Current location - Cleveland Tall, Dark and Handsome Travis seeks his happily ever after. Travis is a confident boy, but you will need to be more confident as he needs a strong leader. No passive owner for this boy! Travis is very smart, and very treat motivated. In fact, he spent some time at a board and train facility. He knows his commands and mostly listens to them (a typical boxer). He will need someone who will stimulate his mind with toys, games and walks. Travis is a shadow dog and will follow you everywhere. He loves the car, but if you leave him behind, be prepared for a happy greeting when you return. He's good to free roam and hasn't shown any separation anxiety. Travis does seek an adult only home. Kids appear to make him a bit uneasy. Adults and seniors seem to be more his speed. He will be quite happy to lounge on the couch and chill with you – after a good walk or play session, of course. He will make someone a very loyal and loving companion. We do not have any history of Travis with cats. He has lived with another dog in the past, but a meet with any potential housemates would be required as he seems a bit selective. A submissive dog of similar size might be ok. Travis is 7 years old, but don't let that number fool you. He can still be plenty playful, and loves toys and a good game of fetch. He is a typical boxer clown ##729425##

Story
Available to Adopt - Gully Current location - Toledo, OH Meet Gully, the boy with the most adorable underbite ever!  And he also comes armed with a full tail, no nub for this boy!  Gully is a typical high energy boxer, but he also knows when to calm down. Gully has a little "cloudy" of a background and there are some things we will never know for sure. Gully came to us as a stray that was in shelter care. He was very skinny, had some compression sores and a nasty infection. These issues have been dealt with, and he has no known medical issues. As for other unknowns, first is an exact age. He was originally estimated at 5 years at the shelter, but our vets and foster have guessed him to be much younger, possibly as young as 2. Gully does take a little time to feel comfortable with new people. This undoubtedly is due to his previous "life".  Once he knows you, he is very friendly and loving and adapts to new routines quickly. He does get startled with new noises outside the home, and will be vocal about it. His foster is working to help build his confidence with new noises and people, and his adoptive home will need to continue with this.  Gully is a highly trainable boy and learns new commands quickly. He is a very smart boy and very receptive to training. We hope to find him a home committed to further training, as he has the ability to go far and excel at it. He has been crate trained, and does well. He is potty trained, though as usual, will likely need a refresher course in his new home as he learns his new environment.  He tends to be more on the submissive side with other dogs. He is not a food snatcher, and if he has his preference, he will remain a grazer, not a gulper, LOL. He would love to have a playful dog friend in his new home. He is very good at adjusting his play style to the needs of other dogs. Gully does not seem to have much interest in cats, so we are not certain how he would do with them. His foster mom does believe he would chase chickens if given the chance, but respects their boundary when they are in their pen.  Mr. Gully would love to find a loving home that will help him continue to build his confidence and become the best dog he can be.  ##2005207##
