Story
Lucy is the sweetest girl! She will snuggle you as long as you let her. She needs to run, and get her energy out. She is crate trained, and absolutely wonderful with children. Unfortunately our family dynamic has changed due to a divorce and being a single parent I cannot give this sweet dog the time and attention she needs. She will be due for a rabies shot. Her flea treatment is good until December. Please reach out with any questions.

Story
Smoochie is a 1 year old 13 pound Cavapoo. She is a busy girl who will fetch your slippers for you, she won't necessarily bring them back to you, but she won't chew them either, she kind of just likes to move them around. She can be a little shy till she gets to know you but loves to cuddle in bed once she does. She has super curly fur and feels like a chenille rug when you pet her. I think she got more of the Poodle genes than the Cavalier genes. She is working on her housetraining but does occasionally use piddle pads. The first picture is her trimmed down, the second is her fur grown out. She loves to play with toys and the other dogs here, and loves to be outside with you in any weather, rain doesn't even slow this girl down. I would like a fenced in area for this dog to run around in. Her adoption fee is $350 and that includes her spay and microchip. Please go to www.susieqdogresq.com and fill out an application if you are interested in meeting her.

Carmella is a 2 year old Terrier mix. She can be a little shy until she gets to know you but once she knows she is safe she is very sweet. She would prefer to be your one and only and will love you with her whole heart. When she goes for walks she is constantly looking back at you and checking in, and when she knows you are her person she looks at you with the most loving eyes and wants to be wherever you are. Her adoption fee is $350 and she has been spayed, microchipped and fully vetted. Please go to the website and fill out an application if you are interested in meeting her. www.susieqdogresq.com

Story
Gracie is an approximately 1 year old American Staffordshire Terrier mix. She is roughly 50lbs. She has come around since she first came in. She has lived with cats before and seems to be happy to see other dogs. We aren’t sure if she’s been around children. At this point she would probably do best in a quiet, patient home to help boost her socialization. If you’d like to meet Gracie, please call Livingston County Dog Control @585-243-6740, please leave a detailed message if no answer and we will call you back as soon as possible, thank you!

Story
Atlas is a mix who is about 40-45lbs and is about a year old. He is such a lovebug and has the softest fur for petting! Atlas doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. We don’t know if he’s been around cats or kids. He loves walks and being loved on. He also loves to play and zoom around. And who doesn’t want a replica of Santa’s little helper from the Simpsons! If you are interested in Atlas and would like more info or to set up a meet and greet please call Livingston County Dog Control @585-243-6740. Please leave a detailed message if no answer and we will call you back as soon as possible, thank you!

Story
Remo came in emaciated and is off his stray hold and we are starting to do meet and greets/taking applications for him. We originally thought him to be around 2-4yrs but now that he has gained weight and energy, we suspect him to be more like 9mo-1yr. And with weight gain we believe him to be a Bully mix. He has some puppy behaviors that will need training work on. We don't know if he's met cats or kids, and keep in mind he is a puppy with little personal space manners. If you'd like to meet Remo and fill out an application or have questions about Remo, please call Livingston County Dog Control @585-243-6740. Please leave a detailed message if no answer and we will call you back as soon as possible, thank you!
