Story
My dog came to us at approximately 8 weeks old, one of my children found her walking lost aimlessly and hungry, they asked and she didn't belong to anyone, he picked her up and took her to our home, where she was raised with a lot of love and dedication, we love this dog, she grew up and became a very sweet and affectionate dog, she also became the mother of 6 puppies (when she came into heat we took precautions but a neighbor dog visited her climbing the fence of our house and crossing barriers) her children were given up for adoption, but due to various circumstances, 2 of them returned home and have also been well cared for. We love our dogs, and because of the love we have for them, we are trying to relocate them to a home where they are loved and feel protected. My bubble dog is very sweet with people and children, but she does not like cats, the ideal is that the home where they adopt her does not have kittens. She is sterilized and has her vaccines, only some need to be update

Story
Canela is the daughter of my dog that we had for more than a year. She is a very restless, playful puppy, but above all, very affectionate and tender. We love her very much. When she was 8 weeks old, we gave her up for adoption. She came to visit us but we noticed that she was not being well cared for and we believe that she was mistreated and we ask that she be left with us again so that we can find a new home where she can really be cared for and loved as she deserves. We want a permanent home for her, where she is surrounded by love, unfortunately we cannot take care of her due to some family problems.

Story
I am the goodest boy. I love all people. I love other dogs and cats. I walk good on a leash but I am pretty strong. I’m a hound dog with my nose to the ground but not a hunter. My last people didn’t care about me. They made me hungry all the time and they let me get heartworms. My rescue people love me. They have my heartworms treated and my belly is never empty. I don’t have to be outside in the heat, rain and cold. My angels were sent for me. They tell me my Furever Angel will come along shortly. Until then I’m living the bestest life. Story
May need to eventually use a wheel chair due to arthritis in her backI am a sweet 5 yr old girl. I came to rescue via a vet visit. My owner wanted to euthanize me because I was in pain and he couldn’t afford to take care of me. I went into rescue to hopefully get better with medication. It was determined that I have DDD in my back (degenerative disc disease) for about 2 weeks I lost the use of my back legs. I was then placed in a wheelchair which I mastered quickly. My people had come to except that would be my life going forward. Boy did I fool them cause I determined that was not the life I wanted. First I started briefly walking on my knees then I slowly started standing up and taking a few steps. Next thing you know I’m running everywhere. My legs are still too weak to jump or stand up on my hind legs but my place is to always be in a humans lap to snuggle so I’m building those muscles back up. My fosters showed me so much love and patience I just wanted to be better.. My foster mom calls me her shadow.and her bed mole because I like to dwell under the covers. I follow her everywhere and love lap snuggles. My favorite place to sleep is under the blankets snuggled as close as I can get to my person.I have a favorite blanket that I like to suckle and nibble on. I am vocal but not as bad as most of my relatives usually are, I’m more of an alert system. I’m completely house trained and will let you know when I need to go out. I’m great with all dogs and cats but prefer not to share my persons lap although I will tolerate it if I have to. To apply for me please visit STFFAR. Story
Sam is the most unique looking pup. It was love at first sight when we pulled him from Randolph animal shelter. He has the body of a basset hound and the head of a pitbull. He definitely has that hound bark which is so cute and he only barks to alert us of anything unusual. He is definitely a very large lap dog. He wants to be as close to you as he can possibly get. He is completely house trained and does well in his crate. He is not destructive except…he is a digger. He is also an escape artist if given the opportunity. He does however come back when he is done with what HE wants to do. He doesn’t seem to care about my cats but will give chase if they run or move quickly so I would not trust him alone with them. He loves to play with them and snuggle on the couch. . He has been totally vetted and microchipped. He truly is a great dog, full of love to give.
