Story
Moe is a sweet dog, but I am moving out of my house and my family member cannot take care of him the way that he needs. He is young and loves to run around, but definitely still a bit of a puppy. He does well with other dogs and has been crate trained. He is also up to date on all of his shots. He would thrive with someone who can take him out to run or has some yard space and loves to play with other dogs!

Story
Sawyer is perhaps the perfect dog! This precious boy has had a really rough life but you’d never know it by his amazing demeanor! This guy is sweet, calm, super dog friendly and playful, smart, obedient, crate trained but fine to leave loose in the house (not destructive), housebroken, rides great in the car, walks well on a leash and is just one of the coolest dogs you will ever meet! He’s been let down by so many people including his previous owner who let him get heart worms. He deserves nothing but the best from now on. We had him treated for heart worms and is doing well. Now it’s time for him to find an amazing home that he SO deserves! Sawyer is a hound mix, about 55 pounds and approximately 4-5 years old. His home requirements will have a fenced yard as he loves to prance around and play, another dog in the house and older kids (10 years old +).* If interested in possibly meeting him, please go to www.freedomfarmrescue.com to fill out an application. We just like to know a little about you prior to a meet and greet. *required

Story
Meet one of the most gentle, sweetest souls we’ve ever met...Duke! Duke actually found himself dumped and fending for himself in Rock Hill, SC. Being scared and confused, he avoided people and no one seemed to care. Luckily for Duke, his guardian angel spotted him and made it her goal to befriend him, catch him and get him to safety. Lauren befriended him by regularly showing up where he was hanging out to feed him. Over time she earned his trust and was able to catch him. What a selfless act of dedication and love by Lauren! He found his way to us and has been doing great, learning that he is safe and loved and can actually trust all humans He is a very smart, funny, goofy boy and truly has the sweetest disposition. Duke is a 1 year old, lab/hound mix, about 65 pounds, fully vetted, crate trained, housebroken, walks great on a leash and loves other dogs! He is gentle and loving and would do great in a family with older kids. He is still a bit shy but comes around quickly. We are requiring a fenced yard for him as he loves to run and play. Another dog also required in the home as he is learning so much from his dog buddies. If interested in possibly meeting him, please go to the below link to fill out an application. We just like to know a little about you prior to a meet and greet. https://www.freedomfarmrescue.com/adoption-process-and-application

Story
ABANDONED! You could see it in his eyes. This poor guy was left trapped in a house and had to fend for himself for a week before he was saved. When we rescued him, he was terrified of going in a kennel…like really scared. We worked hard with this poor guy and helped him get over his fear of abandonment. We also have to wonder if he was punished by being put in a kennel. Most dogs in the right environment see them as a safe haven. He did not…until now. It broke our hearts to see him so terrified, like he thought he was going to be abandoned again. We taught him he’ll be ok and made him realize a kennel is his safe place. We do everything we can to help the dogs in our rescue. We want to make sure they are happy, healthy and as well adjusted as they can be so that we can set them up for success to insure a happily forever after. Sweet Rocko is now ready for his happily forever after. He is pretty chill, but does love to do yard zoomies, loves to give kisses and snuggle, is dog friendly, and just the sweetest little man but best in a home with older/no children. If you have room in your heart and home for this adorable guy, he would make an amazing family member! If interested in possibly meeting him, please go to the below link to fill out an application. We just like to know a little about you prior to a meet and greet. Fenced yard required. https://www.freedomfarmrescue.com/adopt

Story
Hey, everyone! Meet Peter Pan, the coolest pup around! This guy has been on quite the journey, starting off in a shelter and ending up as teachers pet in his training! Peter Pan might come off a bit tough at first, but once you get to know him, he's all about the love and cuddles. He's even got the commands down pat: sit, stay, come, and leash walking – he's a pro! If you're an adventure seeker, Peter Pan is your perfect match! He's always up for exploring new places, so a fenced yard is a must-have for this adventurous boy. Are you the type of person who likes building your bond through training and games? This boy is obsessed with balls! Did we mention Peter Pan's training comes with touchup training? His trainer is eager to see both of you to help you continue Peter's ongoing journey! Looking for a furry friend who's great with other pups? Peter Pan is your guy! But kiddos under 16 might not be his jam, so a home with older kids is ideal. As for cats, well, let's just say Peter Pan's curiosity might get the best of him, so a cat-free zone is probably best. Sound like the perfect match for you? Head over to lastdaydogs.com to fill out an application and make Peter Pan a part of your happily ever after! #RescueDog #AdoptDontShopJuly 14, 2024, 6:06 pm

Story
My name is Charlie... My life began at Randolph county animal shelter. You see Tails of the Unwanted pulled me after being dumped there by my previous owner. I was scared of all things especially the human touch. My foster mom says I've come a long long way in a year. I'll need to have someone that's patient with me and will give me room. You must have another dog... I love them so much and I get confidence and comfort from them. I'm neutered and microchipped. I have all vaccines including my rabies vaccine. I have been heartworm tested and tested negative. I must have a fenced in yard. No electronic fence. I walk great on the leash. If you think I could be the one for you or if you're up for a challenge please apply at www.tailsoftheunwanted.org Love Charlie&#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143July 14, 2024, 6:06 pm
