Hello! This is Arlo. He is a sweet boy who loves to play. He was found on the side of the road and after an extensive search for his humans, he came to live with me as a foster. I have 3 cats and he is slightly afraid of them but definitely wants to play with them. He is still a pup so we are working on potty training and everyday manners. He would LOVE a home with a big fenced in yard where he can run until his little legs give out. He has had up close interaction with small dogs and he did okay. He currently has crate time when I am at work and he does just fine. He doesn't love going into it but once he is in, he's ok. Since he is a foster pet, I do have a lot of dog related items that I will no longer need once he finds his furever home including: his toys, his dog bed, his large crate, his leash, all of his crate accessories, his food and water bowls, etc. These items will be included with him-I know it's a lot taking on a pup so this will hopefully help!

I dont know what to do,I just cant keep him anymore I would like to have someone who is experienced and raising red nose Pitbulls Or dogs that have aggression towards other dogs hes two years old born November 15 2022 he’s a really sweet dog loves to cuddle love sleeping in the bed. He loves going on trail walks. He doesn’t know his strength so I’ll have him play around teenagers or middle schoolers probably in seventh grade. He’s very vocal cries when he doesn’t get his way that’s all I have to say I’ve been taking care of him for two months, I can’t take care of him anymore, but I really do love him and I want to find him a home

Mmmbop, ba duba dop--it's Hanson! Hanson came to us as a stray back in December of 2023. In his months here at HARP we have learned that he is a playful, happy boy with lots of energy! Since he has been with us, he has shown us that he is a good boy on walks (though he gets very excited getting ready for one!) and loves playing with other dogs. Hanson has spent some time in our foster program and was described to be a very friendly and loving boy! He has also done great for field trips to Frick Park, though oh boy did he want to chase those squirrels! He is a scholar in our "Best Paw Forward" Program which provides behavior training and assistance while he transitions into his new home!
