Story
STEVEN  This brave canine hasn’t had it easy in life, running loose and fending for himself for about a month before he was finally rescued. Initially, he was terrified of humans, which is understandable. When we brought him home, our sweet boy immediately revealed his true nature, showing us just how special he truly is. Despite the hardships he faced, he has become the epitome of love and affection.  He adores snuggles! There is nothing he loves more than curling up in your lap for some quality cuddle time. Prepare for your heart to melt as his big, soulful eyes gaze up at you with pure adoration! To keep this clever canine entertained, all you need is a few toys and some bones. He's always up for a game of fetch or a chew session, and his goofy energy will give you regular laughs.Plus, his amazing compatibility with other dogs means he would be an excellent addition to a multi-pet household, bringing harmony and wagging tails all around. Steven is perfect in every way, from his adorable appearance to his heart of gold & will come neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. He is approximately 10 months old and weighs roughly 32 pounds. He is good with kids and cats.  ##1858448##

Story
Mouse is the best of both worlds, he loves to play fetch and go on adventures just as much as he loves cuddling up on the couch. He is a big baby, he loves attention and to squeeze on any lap that welcomes him. He is potty trained, kennel trained, up to date on his shots, and neutered. He sometimes can be nervous around new people, but once he warms up he becomes everyone’s best friend. He unfortunately doesn’t do well with other dogs and will need to be the only pet in the home at least at first. I think with good training and slow exposure he would do well with other dogs in time. He is very loyal and protective of his people, and great with children and babies. We have had Mouse since he was a puppy but unfortunately some personal life circumstances has led us to the very hard decision to rehome him. Looking for a home that is active but also loves cozy cuddles at home. Please reach out with any questions, and thank you for considering our sweet boy!

Story
Rambo was abandoned by his previous owner in the middle of November. He is a very sweet, loving boy. He is a little hesitant when he first meets new people but with the right person, he will warm up quickly. He is non-reactive to my dogs; however, we are keeping them separated. I have never had him around cats. He is great with my children. We think Rambo is about 3 years old. His vaccines are up to date and he is microchipped. He will be getting neutered soon and will be ready for his forever home after that. I am adamant about him going to a safe, loving, forever home with someone who has patience and time to dedicate to him. My husband and I would like to do a home visit to his potential new home. We want the adopter to have a fully fenced yard as to keep Rambo safe and we are looking for someone who will take him on daily walks and treat him the way he deserves. He is such a good boy.

Story
Ayo is a handsome large dog that is Embark tested and came back as a German Shepherd Alaskan Malamute mix. He arrived to the Mission from Carbon County Animal Services in Utah when he was past his euthanasia date for lack of space. He is approximately 75lbs and has an estimated birthdate of 01/02/2021.  Ayo is seeking the atypical adopter that may not be suitable to the average dog. He is very much a one person/one family dog, and thrives while riding in the car, so his ideal adopter could be a trucker, van lifer/traveler, rural homebody that may not like to go out often etc. He wants a simple life with a reliable person, and if they want to take him to the lake to go swimming on a regular basis, then life couldn't get any sweeter.  He has learned sit, how to wait at a doorway, loves to go for car rides, aced many amazing adventures into the great outdoors, and has become a great snuggle buddy and showering assistant, carefully licking the water drops off of his person's legs. He also loves to be groomed and took the entire process in stride like an old pro, even leaning into the force dryer to get a better feel of the warm stream of air. Ayo has not been able to acclimate to other animals in a consistent and safe manner, so while he's still very easy to take for walks and other outings in the midst of other animals, it will be the safest option for him to be the only animal in the home. He is also very over aroused around small children, so a home with teens and up would be ideal.  Ayo's best feature is that he loves playing ball, and he's so eager to fetch that it's by and large the simplest path to teach him. Ayo also has a nice willing personality naturally which will help him learn new skills and trust more environments and people without shutting down.  To see Ayo's complete Embark profile, click here:  http://embk.me/ayo8?utm_campaign=cns_ref_dog_pub_profile&utm_medium=other&utm_source=embark Ayo comes neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed. His adoption fee is $200 and includes his leash, martingale collar, herm sprenger prong collar, ID tag, food sample and paperwork. To be considered to adopt, please begin by visiting www.murcismission.org and sending in an application.  Thank you for checking out our boy!  ##1472725##
