Hi my name is Tails but my foster family calls  me TJ. I am just a little guy my foster mom was so surprised to see how small I am since I look bigger in my pictures. One thing that the pictures do not lie about is how handsome I am. I have the most beautiful red coloring and adorable white markings. I have a foster dog brother and I look just like his mini me! I get along great with the 2 dogs in the home, I am not super hyper and annoying like some puppies so I am not jumping all over them, so they are enjoying having a calmer pup around. Now don’t get me wrong I do enjoy playing! My foster mom throws this bright green round thing around the yard and me and the other dogs run after it and chase each other after someone gets it. Unfortunately that’s usually not me since I have such little legs, they are just faster! My foster mom says that I am house trained since I haven’t had an accident in the house since coming to live with them. If I have to go outside I will get up and pace by the door. I am working hard on crate training right now and its getting better. It takes maybe about 15 mins for me to calm down for the night. Once I have settled in I don’t usually make a peep until its time to get up in the morning. I am always SOOO excited to see my people. I love being by them and just feeling their presence, I have heard them call me their little shadow.  I like to go where ever they are! I am a bit vocal and you can just hear the excitement in my voice when I see my people. I do eventually calm down and then I am quiet  I have not met little kids yet but my foster mom thinks I would be fine with them if they are respectful. I didn’t have a lot of human interaction at the beginning of my life and while I LOVE it sometimes fast motions scare me and I flinch. My foster mom says she doesn’t think I have a mean bone in my body though! We have started working on training and the first thing my foster mom said we need to master is the four on the floor rule. Apparently not everyone loves to be jumped and loved on. We have also started to work on my leash manners. Apparently youre not supposed to chew on it while trying to walk... Who knew! But my foster mom things that with consitancy I will be a pro in no time! There are these animals in the backyard that my foster mom calls chickens and so far I haven’t shown any interest in them in fact I jumped when I first saw one up close. So my foster mom thinks that I will be just fine with little critters. If you are interested in learning more about me I would love a chance to make a new friend so fill out an application! This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about our adoption process, please visit our Adoption Process page on our website at www.rescuecrew.org. Meet Buster! Buster is a very sweet Lab mix who came to us from the Lake Traverse Reservation—rez dogs truly are the best! He may have a bit of a mix in him, with a white chest and one white paw, but he definitely has that classic Lab personality: affectionate, loyal, and eager to please. He’s is house trained, crates well, and sleeps through the night. Buster has a great mix of energy and calm—he plays hard and then crashes for a good nap. In just a few days, he’s already learned “sit” and is eager to learn more. He loves toys, bones, and romping around with our resident Lab and Great Pyrenees. He hasn’t chewed anything he’s not supposed to and is learning not to jump on furniture (except when invited)or people. He gets along well with dog-savvy cats and other dogs. While he hasn’t been around kids here, we think he’d do well with them—though he might accidentally knock over little ones in his excitement. Buster would thrive with a doggy playmate but would also do great as a solo pup in an active home that can give him regular walks or runs. He’s a total velcro dog—he loves his humans and wants to be near them at all times. He comes when called and could be a great candidate for free-roaming in a yard with supervision. Buster is the perfect blend of sweet and a little derpy, and he’s ready to find a forever home where he can share his big heart and goofy lo Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.  The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about our adoption process, please visit our Adoption Process page on our website at www.rescuecrew.org. Meet Odie – this small dog in a big dog’s body with a heart even bigger than his paws! This sweet boy gives the best hugs, shares the gentlest kisses, and has a playful yet mild-mannered personality that’ll steal your heart in no time. Odie’s foster swears he’s got the spirit of a Jack Russell Terrier packed into a soon-to-be medium-large frame. His play style is bouncy, joyful, and full of those classic terrier hops—but he also knows when to be gentle, especially during his teething stage. Whether he's tossing his toys in the air or doing a little dance trying to pick the perfect one, Odie keeps himself entertained and his humans smiling. When it comes to other dogs, Odie is respectful and friendly. He may try to coax a game out of them with a playful bow and bark, but always reads their signals well. And humans? Odie loves everyone he meets. His signature move? A giant bear hug followed by backing himself up to your feet to sit or sprawl out with a toy. Instant best friend. He’s not the biggest fan of his kennel, but you’d never know it—he remains calm and well-mannered when inside. He’s also proving to be a very fast learner. The current project? Replacing his enthusiastic jumps with polite sits for love—and he’s nailing it already. After just a week, Odie’s doing his little hop-hop dance, then settling into a sit with the proudest grin on his face. Odie would thrive in just about any loving home and would likely be fine with cats too. He’s got all the makings of an incredible family companion—sweet, smart, playful, gentle, and oh-so cuddly. If you’re looking for a dog who will fill your home with affection, laughter, and the occasional flying toy, Odie is your guy.    Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. He loves meeting new people and eagerly greets everyone when visiting pet-friendly stores. Fully potty trained, Kota goes to the door when he needs to go out. His foster no longer uses a kennel for him since he does great when left home alone, but he was always perfect in one and would still do well if needed in his future home. Kota has come a long way from his early days battling mange, and his coat is beautiful! Now a happy, healthy pup, he's full of life and love, always ready to play or snuggle. He would love a home that’s on the go—whether it's traveling, hiking, going for walks, or simply spending time out and about with his family. Kota is ready to bring joy and companionship to his forever home! Story
Hi! My name is Hayes, and I am from Arkansas! From his foster: Hayes is a very sweet, fun and energetic boy. He's a bit cautious at first, but will become your shadow in no time. He enjoys playing with his stuffy toys, chewing bones and playing fetch with his humans. He is working on gaining his confidence and is starting to enjoy short walks outside in the neighborhood. He will be sure to find a good stick to chew on while he's out exploring. He is a curious guy and is learning about everyday sights and sounds. The world is so interesting! He loves to snuggle up with his humans when he is tired. Hayes has been a champ at potty training and accidents have been very minimal, he does great with praise and being rewarded with training treats. He is currently working on his playful puppy biting, but can easily be redirected with toys or something else to chomp on (he knows he's supposed to leave the Crocs and slippers alone, but sometimes they are just so enticing!!) We have been working on crate training and he is doing well, especially if we are nearby. He settles in quickly and it's not long before you can hear his cute snores. Hayes is truly a sweet, smart pup with lots of love to give! We think that he would do great with another dog that could show him the ropes as the world can be a bit scary for him. He would excel with another dog when it comes to play time and learning to tone down his puppy biting inhibition. He has not been super interested in meal time, but will eventually eat when he's ready to.

Story
My name is Ravion and I am from Arkansas! From her foster: Ravion is the SWEETEST little puppy with nothing but love to share! She loves to play with all her foster siblings, big and small. As any puppy, she doesn't like to be left alone and has quite the powerful voice to let you know about it! This might make shared walls a little tough while she's young. She is also working on commands for sit, outside and kennel, all which are a work in progress. She loves to cuddle up with her human and wrestle with her pibble siblings. She loves kids and you would be great with respectful kids. With how young she is, she would benefit with another dog who could help her learn how to dog.
