Story
DOB: 4/9/19 Weight: 54lbs Meet our beautiful Hazel. Hazel is a high energy wild child looking for a care-free family to give her all the love and attention she deserves. Hazel loves to wrestle and play rough with her people, walks exceptionally well once she's in a harness, and is incredibly eager to adventure and run. Hazel is sensitive around her neck so she needs a family that will keep this in mind and respect her boundaries. This being said Hazel would probably do well in a home with adults and older children! She is super smart and eager to please, come meet our sweet girl today.

Story
Description of pet DOB: 01/19/2017 Weight: 52lbs Meet Mica! This sweet boy is high energy, full of life, and loves people. If you are looking for the kind of dog that will get you up and make you go in the morning, Mica is your guy. Mica is incredibly friendly to human companions, and bodes well for a family environment. Our sweetie pie loves walks but is built to RUN. He doesn't just want to go for a leisurely stroll and he's more suited to an avid jogger/runner. He will need leash work, as he is a bit of puller right now but its just because he LOVES being outside and wants to smell and see everything he can. Mica has potential to go to a multiple dog home so long as proper meet and greets take place first to ensure compatibility in the home. Despite Mica's big size he does fear the house cat, this being said I am sure with the proper amount of time he would definitely adjust, but the cat would for sure rule the house! Come meet our Mica boy today! Call our office at (706)2659160 or email us at info@dawsoncountyhumanesociety.org!

Story
Punchy is a funny and friendly guy who's always up for a game of catch or a nice walk in the park. He's curious about everything, which makes him adventurous, and he's also athletic! He's a love bug and just wants to be next to you at all times. This silly pup loves giving hugs and forget his size often. He has plenty of affection to give, but he's not sure about other dogs so would prefer to be the only pooch in the household. He is loyal and will stick by your side through thick and thin. If you're looking for a fun-loving and sweet pooch to join your family, Punchy is the one for you!
