Story
We took Keith in as a stray about 5 months ago. We are in our late 70’s, and feel like we aren’t able to keep him, and did not want to take him to a shelter. He has been staying in our fenced in backyard, but because of cold weather, has been staying in our laundry room. He hasn’t had any accidents while in the laundry room, so I think he would be fine if you wanted an inside pet. He likes children and attention. He gets along good with other dogs, but don’t know about cats.

Story
Charlie really is a good boy! Someone found him and his puppy siblings on the side of the road and we opted to give him a home. He is German Shephard mixed with Great Pyrenees and is about 6 months old. He is very playful. He needs an owner that can spend the time to train him and is comfortable with a very large dog. Charlie is really good with the kids, but he is very unaware of his size and accidentally knocks the kids over while playing sometimes. He lives outside in a fenced in backyard with a doghouse. He has never bitten anyone, only growled a few times when I went to grab his bone from him, but we worked through that. He needs a new home b/c we are not equipped to handle his large size, which we didn't know about until after taking him to the vet for a check-up and shots. That's when we learned he is mixed with Great Pyrenees. He is just too big for us to handle, and we don't have the time to train him.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Sampson is a sweet, playful guy that loves adventure. He is very polite in the house and crate and potty trained. He gets very excited to go on adventures, so he still pulls on the leash some. He loves to play with other dogs and would do best in a home where he can get moderate activity each day. If you are looking for a walking or hiking partner, Sampson is your guy. And look how distinguished he looks with grey on his face.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 2, 2025, 7:07 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Ginger, this girl is stunning! She was born into our rescue and adopted as a puppy; unfortunately, her mom passed away, and family members tried to keep G inger, but there were issues with another dog in the home and G inger, and it felt other arrangements needed to be made. While with us, Ginger has been non-reactive to any of the dogs around her; she has not currently been cat tested but did well in her previous home with several other dogs. We feel the best situation for her is a calm male and a proper slow introduction. She is truly a doll with all humans. She has done very well with children. Ginger is currently in boarding, so we are seeking a foster or forever home Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 2, 2025, 6:23 am
