Story
NOTE: MAGGIE is located in Ypsilanti, Mi. Maggie is an AKC SMOOTH COAT (short hair) Border Collie. She is a sweetheart. She is cautious when meeting new people, but once she meets you a couple times she will come up to you to be petted. She has these what I call soulful eyes. She has some training, but I failed her on doing more. Maggie absolutely adores the water, going for walks and rides. She is good with children. She is NOT good around chickens. As for cats, she really hasn't had any interaction with one, but I said no to be on the safe side. Your yard should be fenced in for her safety. She LOVES to run with other dogs. I have retired and am planning to do a lot of traveling, which isn't fair to Maggie. She is not a big "kisser" but loves to snuggle and be petted. I will want to do a home visit to mainly meet family and your backyard. Maggie you sometimes called Maggie Rose and she also responds to mags. She also knows what I mean when I say be a good doggy. She knows when I say were you a bad doggy. She is an absolute sweetheart. I will miss her greatly but I want to do right by her. You should be willing to send me a picture once or twice a year give me an update on how she's doing.

Story
Zeus is an energetic, lovable boy. His birthdate is 12/9/2023, so he is just over a year old. He loves playing outside and with toys. Sadly we are not able to keep him with both of our work schedules, we work long hours and not able to home like we need to for him. He will do better in a home with no cats. He likes to chase them around the house. We have had mixed experiences with other dogs. So I suggest he will do better without any other dogs unless interduce slowly or on leashes.

Story
He's an Aussiedoodle, mom is an Australian Blue Heeler and dad is Standard Poodle. He's a medium size dog and weighs just over 50 pounds. He was born on 7/15/23. He is neutered and vaccinated. He's high energy, but I think as he ages he will settle down. He does need some more socialization as he has an aggressive side, but I think it's because he scares easily. He's really smart. He does shed. He would do best if he was the only dog because he has alpha male tendencies. He seems to do fine with my cat. I just don't have enough time for his energy, but I believe with the right owner and training/exercise he will be a great dog. I don't have it in me to give him to a shelter/rescue unless I have exhausted all resources of finding him a new home.

Story
This is Rocco! He is a pitbull who is very loving and has lots of energy! He’s 2 years old as of November. He’s looking for his forever home! He is a big cuddle bug and thinks he is a lap dog. He has had minimal interactions with other dogs so an only dog household would be best. He’s should need some leash training as he is oh so excited but even mentioning outside. He is looking for a family that will bring him in as one of their own and give him the best snuggles and tug of war game that has happened. He’s the best boy ever and he knows it. Can you be the right family for Rocco?

Story
His name is Cairo, but he also goes by Kai. I adopted him from the SHARP shelter in Tennessee. He is 1 year and 11 months old and will celebrate his second birthday on January nineteenth. Cairo is an incredible dog with a sweet and gentle temperament. He is calm and loves to lounge around the house, but he also lights up for outdoor adventures. He enjoys visiting dog parks, going on runs, and exploring the outdoors. Cairo is a low maintenance, affectionate dog who adores cuddles and snuggles. He rarely barks, is house trained, and is easily redirected. While he still needs some basic training for commands like sit and stay, he is naturally obedient and eager to please. I love him deeply, but as a college student, I cannot give him the time and attention he truly deserves. Cairo needs a home where someone can shower him with love and engage him in the activities he enjoys. Whether it is a family or an individual who can dedicate more time to him, he is ready to give his whole heart
