Story
They tell me I am smart and can sit, speak, wait, and shake hands or paws in my case....but not all at the same time...yet. I currently only though speak one language but I'm a fast learner. I'm motivated to learn and if I play my cards right will negotiate for steak. I'm a great walking companion, and don't get out of control, but I like to zoom around and play and occasionally will be on a zoom call. I love toys and I do love snuggling with my people. I like to put my paw on my people and if it's a paws on experience, so be it. I'm not sure how I am with other dogs so that will be something you will have to experiment with if you want to test me around others. You can always ask the nice people at the shelter or the foster person for additional details. They only want the best for me and you. I'm up to date on my vaccinations, Heartworm negative, microchipped, and spayed. I don't have any kind of fungal infections, but I am a fun gal.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
A few facts about Junie: Her favorite activity is chasing tennis balls. She WILL bring them back to you, and even hold onto it with her foot after she drops it so you can pick it up before it rolls away. After about 10 minutes of chasing tennis balls she's ready to morph into a couch potato. She settles down VERY nicely and enjoys eye contact and snuggles. Junie is quite intelligent. She already knows sit and she is motivated to learn, even more to earn herself some treats. Junie can, at times, be moderate to high energy. She would do best with a family that has a fenced in backyard for her to run, or is committed to taking her for daily walks. Junie has REALLY soft fur! All the better to snuggle with, we say! Junie has been waiting for too long to find her forever family. She is spayed, up-to-date on all of her vaccinations, microchipped, and heartworm negative. She is ready to go!

Story
Hope for Honduras Transport! Jo here wondering where on earth her family is!!! Jo came all the way to the United States (from Roatan) to get the life she deserves. She would love a quit home with a fenced in yard (although, not required) to run around in. She does love to spend most of her time chewing on bones or curled up on the couch. Jo plays hard to get and takes a little bit to warm up to new people and things but once she is comfortable she is your best friend. She loves with all her heart and wears her emotions on her sleeve. She will keep you laughing with her happy, quirky self.  She doesn't love chikdren as they frighten her. If you are interested in adopting me, please apply at michelesrescue.com! ##1899109##

Story
The guy with the big smile is me... Dante. They call me Dapper Dan, all 82 lbs. of me, and solid as a rock. I'm a male American Staffordshire and I'm only 4 yrs old. Still just a mere babe in the woods and one of the most handsome dudes around. I am a superhero in my own mind, but a big softie too (don't tell anybody else since it's a secret.) I do like playing catch and lugging around my toys. I have an image to uphold, and I'm active. Back to my softie side, I have to admit I love cuddling and I calm down, but don't tell the other guys at the shelter or it'll destroy my image. Dante is the sweetest, most loveable guy. Adopt Dante!
