Story
Cooper is very energetic and loves everybody and everything. He is truly the definition of man’s best friend and the only reason I’m looking to rehome him is because I have to return to working and when I leave the house I kennel him and cant kennel him for 8+ hours a day. He needs a family who has time to spend and play with him and who won’t leave him alone for more than a couple hours.

Story
Fester, Lurch and Pugsley spent the first 6 months of their life only knowing the inside of a trailer and each other. They didn’t learn the joys and importance of socializing with fellow dogs. They came to us not even knowing what a leash was, and so nervous they wouldn’t walk through doorways. After almost a month, these boys have gained the confidence they need to conquer the world! While still a little nervous at times, they are now all walking on leashes, are happy, LOVE food and attention. We believe they are catahoula/hound mixes and are around 8 months old. They are all available for adoption and are neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Their adoption fee is $225 each. Remember, they are puppies, so they are not potty trained and do take work, but all worth it in the end. Before adopting, it’s important to make sure everyone in the house is on board and there is a plan in place to make sure they can get potty breaks if you have long work days.

Story
Jake is the sweetest, stubbiest, chunkiest, 82 lbs of dog you'll ever meet. Jake is crate trained, and knows basic tricks. He loves car rides, walks, and stuffed animals. He is a very large boy and he likes to jump up to say hello so you have to be prepared. Jake is also a typical hound and likes to nose through the trash if he can reach it. Jake is great with other dogs, but he can show some food aggression with them, so it would be best to feed him away from others. Jake does not like small children or cats. Jake has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and has tested neg. for heartworm which is included in the $155 adoption fee. If you would like to adopt this dog, you must come into the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 12-4. (Closed Mondays & Wednesdays)

Story
Before deciding to adopt, please make sure you are ready for a 12-15 year commitment. Too many people jump into adopting with good intentions because they see a cute photo. Suddenly they get home with the puppy and realize they are in over their heads and the only one that suffers is the dog. If you're ready to potty train, if you're ready to lose sleep, if you don't mind things getting chewed up around the house and if you work full time and have someone willing to come over during the day to let them out, then take the next step today! (8-10 hours alone for a puppy is not fair at this age and makes it much harder to potty train) This puppy has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated and dewormed which is included in the $275 adoption fee. Sprocket is full of energy and ready to play, though he is a big snuggler too!

Meet Valentina! This sweet mama came to us starving after being found with her litter of eight puppies. She did a very good job raising her babes and has is getting closer to her goal weight gain. She's now ready for her happily ever after! Valentina is a great companion with so many wonderful qualities! She is a great snuggler. She loves to be around people and she will hop up on the couch with you to chill - especially at night. She loves toys and enjoys a good game of tug and fetch with her foster dog pals. She is house trained, crate trained and leash trained. She enjoys a good walk and knows all her basic commands! She is outgoing and social and is going to make such a great pal to her forever home!
