Story
xxxx@xxxx.x 9:00 PM (0 minutes ago) to me Meet Gracie: A Loyal, Quirky Companion Looking for Her Forever Home! Gracie is a sweet and spirited 9-year-old female Old English Bulldog with a big heart and a charming personality. She has been a loyal member of our family, but due to unfortunate circumstances, we need to find her a new home where she can thrive. About Gracie: • Age: 9 years • Breed: Old English Bulldog • Personality: Loyal, quirky, and loving • Energy Level: Low maintenance; she’s the queen of couch cuddles and short strolls. Gracie’s loyalty is unmatched, and her quirky antics will keep you smiling every day. She’s the kind of dog who’s content to relax by your side and doesn’t ask for much—just your love and a cozy spot to call her own. What Gracie Needs: Gracie thrives best in a home without small children or other pets. She can be a little set in her ways, so an experienced dog owner who understands her breed and temperament would be ideal.

Story
Lily is a very sweet lady. Her owners used to have her and another dog, but after their other dog passed away Lily became anxious and depressed. She would thrive in a home with another dog, or in a home where someone is almost always home. She is a little bit wary of strangers, especially men, but she does warm up with time. Lily knows "sit", "down", "place", "paw", and "leave it". Lily has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and has tested neg. for heartworm which is included in the adoption fee. If you would like to adopt this dog, you must come into the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 12-4. (Closed Mondays & Wednesdays)

Story
Goose is an incredibly sweet boy with a lot of energy. He would do best in a home where he can have lots of room to run and outside time. Goose can get a little bit anxious and antsy without stimulation. He gets nervous around other dogs and is okay with children if he is told "be gentle". Goose's former owner said that he is friendly and playful with cats, so if you have an outgoing, unafraid cat it should be fine, but if you own a timid cat, it might not be the best match. Goose has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and has tested neg. for heartworm which is included in the adoption fee. If you would like to adopt this dog, you must come into the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 12-4. (Closed Mondays & Wednesdays)

Gunner is a great dog. Very good with basic obedience and very well leash trained. He does not get along with other dogs or kids. Has gone through training to try to correct without success. Needs to be in a home with no other dogs or children. He is crate trained and potty trained. Very nice and loves people.

Here’s how the process works: - Submit Your Pre-Application: Complete the form on our website and email it to us. - Application Review: We will review your application, and if approved, one of our staff members will contact you. - Meet and Greet: We will set up a time for you to come and meet the puppies. Please note that meet and greet adoptions are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. If you show up before the puppies are ready or before your appointment, you will not be able to see them. - First Approved, First Served: The first approved application will have the first choice of puppy. The second approved application will choose from the remaining puppies, and so on. If you have a preference for a certain gender, please specify on your application. However, specifying a preference does not reserve a puppy—it's still first come, first served. - Final Adoption Process: If approved, we’ll finalize the adoption process and prepare your new puppy for their new home. Before you apply, please ensure you're ready for the long-term commitment of 12-15 years. Puppies require time, patience, and dedication—potty training and daily care are all part of the journey. Please ensure everyone in your household is on board with a new pet. If you're ready to take on these responsibilities, apply today! Each puppy will be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, 4DX tested, flea treated, and dewormed, with all this included in the $275 adoption fee. Please be patient with us as we review applications! If you are approved, you will be contacted. We will contact in order of applications submitted.
