Story
Lady is a two year old Pittie mix who is looking for a loving forever home to call her own! Lady came to us when she was abandoned at a hotel by her previous owner. Miss Lady deserves a good home with someone who is going to love and cherish her, she is so sweet! Lady loves meeting new people, she is a very friendly girl who is eager to please and loves to show you all her tricks (she`ll do extra special tricks for treats!) Lady was never properly socialized with other dogs, and would likely need to be the only pet in a home. We are working on helping her be comfortable while other dogs are around, but she is still going to need some work and someone who is comfortable handling her and making sure she makes good choices around other dogs. Lady has so much love to give, she just needs the right person to share it with... Could it be you?Lady is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccines! She is all ready to go home now!

Story
Say hello to Sadie! This sweet 3 year old Australian Cattle Dog is looking for a loving and gentle forever family to call her own! Sadie is a shy girl who loves people but can be a bit sensitive and nervous around strangers until she feels comfortable... Once she gets to know and trust you, Sadie is a snuggly sweetheart who wants to please and cuddle! Sadie came to us when things were not working out for her in her previous home. Sadie does not always appreciate her personal space being invaded and can have some body handling sensitivity, unfortunately the young children in her previous home did not understand appropriate boundaries with dogs, so the home was just not the right fit for Sadie. Sadie did live in a home with other dogs and a cat, so we think she should do well in a home with other friendly animals after a proper slow introduction. Sadie is also used to being around horses and may appreciate the chance to run and stretch her legs on a farm or ranch! We do think a home without any young children will be the best choice for Miss Sadie! This girl loves to run and play! We think she would do well in a home where she can get lots of exercise, both mental and physical. (She is a herding dog, after all!) Sadie is a smart cookie and we think obedience and maybe even agility work would be right up this girl`s alley! Sadie is pretty overweight right now, we have her on a special diet food and she is getting lots of nice walks with volunteers but we would love to see her continue to slim down and reach a healthier weight in her new home. Sadie is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccines! This girl is going to be an amazing pooch for the right home, she just needs someone special to give her a chance! If you would like to inquire more about Sadie, give us a call at (970)328-3647!

Story
Meet Miss Lilly! Lilly is an adorably sweet and silly 1 year old mixed breed pup who is looking for adventure! This beautiful girl was surrendered to our shelter when her family could no longer care for her. She is a bit shy and can take a few minutes to warm up but once she knows you are there to play, she is all yours! Lilly should do well in a home with another friendly pup as well as kids and possibly confident cats.Miss Lilly is learning how to walk on leash and can be a bit of a door dasher in her kennel so we recommend that her new owner keep her on leash until she can gain confidence and trust before letting her off leash. This pretty girl is going to be a wonderful companion, don`t miss out on your chance to meet her!
