Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Pinckney, MI Meet Cooper! He is an 1 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 45 lbs. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Cooper is fearful of strangers! He is good with kids! He hasn’t been tested around cats. No dogs, due to his reactivity! Cooper is housebroken and crate-trained. The owner is surrendering him because he is aggressive towards their other dog. He needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Cooper, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Cooper. Maverick is a great dog and great with children. Maverick loves to run and is super playful and obedient. Unfortunately our son has developed pet allergies and we are unable to keep him . He will not run away off collar nor will he leave your side while on a walks. He loves to cuddle and thinks he is a lap dog sometimes.

Story
This is Lola (black goldendoodle) and Rosie (the orange doodle). Lola is a medium doodle and weighs around 40lbs; Rosie is just a touch bigger around 55lbs. They are bffs and so playful and fun. They love our grand kids and running around our farm. They are both house trained and up to date and well behaved indoors! We are far too busy to give them the attention I feel they deserve so we are making the difficult decision to re-home them to a family looking for two doodles to love on. They are extremely close so I would love and prefer to keep them together! $500 per girl, unless we meet the perfect family then price is for sure negotiable. We just want them happy! Only serious inquiries please.

Story
Foster location: Eagle, Michigan Meet Axel! Axel is a super handsome 1.5 year old Cattle Dog mix that is looking for his forever home. He is a very social boy who loves playing with his foster siblings and running with them in the yard, going for walks and meeting new people and then cuddling up on the couch at night with his foster mom. Axel has been attending doggy daycare and loves it! Axel is house and crate trained and walks good on a leash. He is great about chewing on his toys and bones and not getting into things he shouldn’t. Axel would enjoy an active home with another young dog to play with, he has really bonded with his foster siblings and enjoys running and playing with them. Kids make Axel nervous so he is looking for a home without children. Axel is a very sweet and smart boy and catches onto new things quickly, he is young and ready to learn! In order to set him up for success we would recommend his family enroll him in a positive reinforcement training class upon adoption. Axel’s adoption fee is $300, he is neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm tested, microchipped, dewormed, and current on heartworm and flea/tick preventative. Please follow the instructions to apply for Axel found in the auto-reply you will receive or email adoptapupanimalrescue@gmail.com for an application. Adopt A Pup is 100% foster-based which means we do not have a centralized facility where you can visit our dogs. The first step towards meeting the dog(s) you are interested is to complete an application. One of our volunteers will contact your references and set up a time between you and the foster to meet and interact with the dog(s) of interest.
