Story
Duncan is a Jack Russell/blue heeler mix that we brought home this year so he’s less than a year old. He is trained to be on a leash, but would do best in a home with a fenced in yard. We live in a trailer in a mobile home park and our house just isn’t the best fit. My husband works full time and I just recently started working. Plus I have 6 children to take care of. We just don’t have the time for potty training and so he spends a lot of time in his crate. He does well in his crate and I would say he’s about half potty trained. He does well with my kids and my cats. He has been around other dogs but he was very skittish when they came around him and nipped at them. He will come with his cage, bed, toys, bowl, and food.

Story
Athena is a very gentle and kind loving dog. She loves cuddles, she has accidents in the house some times. We do not have time for her nor do we have money for a trainer for her to see why she makes accidents. She is stubborn but also I think if she had a bigger area to run she wouldn’t have these accidents. We have another dog and I read dogs like Athena likes to mark their own territory so I think that’s the issue. She loves the pool and running and playing. She really is the perfect family dog. She is a very calm dog but when you are ready to play she gets the zoomies then she calms right down lol.

Story
Kobe is 4 year old mixed breed. He is excellent with kids, dogs, and cats - once he gets to know them. He is reactive to dogs and people he does not know. He has no history of aggressive acts, but he can be intimidating when he is reacting. Kobe takes training very well, we just are unable to put in the resources he needs. He is a devoted family dog.

Story
Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Clio, MI Meet Wyatt! He is an 8 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 55 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots, but isn’t on heartworm prevention. Wyatt is good with other dogs! He hasn’t been texted around older children or cats. No younger children, due to his reactivity! Wyatt bit the owner’s grandchild in 2019. This occurred when her grandson tried to move Wyatt off of his spot on the couch, causing Wyatt to bite him. He gets nervous around falling objects and loud noises. The owner is surrendering him because she is moving out of the state and can’t take him with. He needs to find a new furever home as soon as possible! If you think you can provide a great home for Wyatt, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Wyatt. Owner’s Contact Information: Karen at barbie628@aol.com.

Story
Hello! Meet Eros (air-roas) he is 1 years old and 5 months. Eros is very high energy, but is also a big napper. He loves to go on runs and bike rides. Eros is a big chewer and comes with lots of hard toys to munch on, he especially loves horse hooves and goat horns. Eros loves to cuddle and will lay just about anywhere you let him. He enjoys swimming and enjoys the snow even more. Eros is light grey with brown brindling in the sunlight and about 65lbs. He loves to be outside as much as possible. Eros has been trained in the basics and responds best to a more dominating lead. Eros also does great at the vet and does well with nail trimming. He really is the best boy and it saddens me to let him go, but due to some unexpected occurrences I’m becoming less and less able to give him the time he deserves. I have created a binder with everything you need to know about him to help the transition.
