Benny is a nine year old female boxer mix. She is loving and sweet and loves to cuddle on the couch with her humans. She was adopted from Northshore Animal League. I am looking for a home that can take her in and give her the attention she needs. She is good with older children 10 . Those that can understand boundaries. There is still so much energy in her! She is ready to join a home where she can get 2-3 walks a day and further exercise to burn her energy. To describe her with a couple of words they would be: affectionate, anxious, protective, loyal.

Hello Everyone!! Shadow is a 4year old lab and shar pei mix. He is very active and playful. Gets along well with our 8 year old Maltese. He is very kind to strangers and loves rubs. Loves to chase squirrels and airplanes. He is not a fan of the neighborhood stray cats lol. So he loves protecting the house. Shadow is a reactive walker and requires a no pull leash. Dog parks and meeting other dogs on the street is very challenging for the both of us due to his anxiety/reactivity. When redirected he enjoys his walks. He is also very anxious at the veterinarian and requires anxiety medication and a muzzle for visits. He is very healthy and no health issues. Looking for a loving home for baby boy.

Story

Tank turned 8 on December 9th, he is an amazing dog with a lot of love to give. He loves to cuddle, and even at his age still loves to play for short periods. He listens well, and picks up on changes easily. He really is an amazing dog and it pains me to be looking for a home for him. We have had him since he was a puppy. However, he can have an aggressive side to him, he has at times in the past shown aggressive behavior in growls of warnings, he was attacked and hospitalized by another dog and since he has been more on guard and recently nipped my mother over a treat on the floor and growled at another visitor over food on the floor. This mixed with rare additional signs of aggression makes us too worried for our new infant twins. He has always been great with kids, but we don’t recommend him being in a home with young children or other dogs. We simply can’t take the very slight chance with the babies in the house who will soon be toddlers.
