Story
This is Bodhi, a beautiful 50lb Sheltie collie/shepherd mix that I adopted from Bideawee adoption center. He is around 1 year old and an incredible dog but unfortunately due to a change in my work and school schedule I am no longer able to give him the full attention and love he deserves. Bodhi is full of playful energy, loves everyone he meets, including small children, and is very trainable. He is an extremely loyal dog and he’ll be your best friend after just a couple minutes of fetch or playing together with his toys. Ideally, I would prefer him to be in a home with another dog (or multiple) as I think that would be best for him given his love for other dogs and his desire to play. I can provide all of his belongings to make the transition as easy as possible including leash, harness, toys, food, food bowls, bed, poop bags, etc. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me directly at (516)-508-6251

Story
We need to reach that one special person that will open their heart and their home to Lily! We know that person is out there, we need to reach them soon!!!! Basically, Lily is a one or two person dog. Definitely prefers women. She will LOVE, LOVE, LOVE her person. She just needs to be put away when other people come over, she has some fear based anxiety around new people. She LOVES to play fetch and go for walks! She is not reactive at all on walks. Will pass people and dogs wagging her tail. If you have questions or would like to meet Lily, please email us at adopt@onelovedogrescue.org, we will answer any questions you have.

Story
Introducing Dotty! Dotty is a playful and sweet Pointer mix. She has a white and sable coat. Dotty is a satos dog. She lived on the streets of Puerto Rico with her siblings constantly searching for food, fresh water and a safe place to rest so she would not get bothered by any older, bigger dogs. She took her freedom flight from Ponce Puerto Rico to NY with her siblings on 3.6.23. She is pet friendly (but a meet-and-greet is required if you have other animals) At first Dotty's SUPER shy around people but she does come around with a little time and TLC. She will tilt her head when you talk to her. Dotty also loves Oinky Chews, so be sure to have some on hand for her. Dotty is sure to bring lots of love and joy! If you're looking for a loving companion, and your house is on the quiet side and you have tons of time to spend with her and lots of patience then Dotty is the perfect pup for you! Will you be her Fur~Ever Family? There is an adoption process and a adoption fee. The Process is as follows: 1. Phone Interview 2. House Walkthrough Upon Approval... 3. Meet The Pup 4. Pick a day to take her home 5. Pet Meet and Greet if you have any other pets 6. Sign all the paperwork 7. Enjoy Your Pup The Adoption Fee and Spay/Neuter Deposit Is As Follows: 1. $500.00 Adoption Donation 2. $150.00 Fully Refundable Spay/Neuter Deposit As Per Ag and Market Of New York.
