Story
Chop was found by herself in a city park. A Good Samaritan saw her and brought her into the shelter. While she had no history on her, when asked what Chop was like with her, she quickly responded "friendly and cuddly". While at the shelter, Chop was quite sweet. When approached in her kennel, Chop was laying on her bed and came to the door with soft eyes and low wags. She sniffed the leash and came to the front with nub wags. She was patient for leashing and allowed the handler to slip it over her head without issues. When taken out into the yard, Chop was a friendly and social girl! Upon entering the yard she immediately began to solicit attention from both handlers with soft eyes, ears back, and tail low wagging. She allowed all handling and would give fast low nub wags when petting her. She took treats very gently as well when offered. As time went on she got more wiggly and bouncy, getting playful but still a little nervous of big movements. Another staff member entered the yard and Chop trotted up to them and leaned in right away, giving fast nub wags. We did a quick dog meet for her as well and she did amazing! Chop greeted nicely, with a loose body and fast low wags, and tried to engage in play with the other dog! She got so happy and goofy! Overall, Chop was a little nervous at first, but is super sweet and friendly. She showed Interest in toys but took no possession. Our vet has estimated her age as between 1 and 2. If you'd like to be considered for Chop, just go to our site at www.kodisclub.org/applications and submit our application. PA License #18512 Souderton, PA

Story
Big Pun was brought into the shelter by Animal Control as a stray. He was severely emaciated, literally his skin just hung from his bones. His head was sunken in behind his eyes, his spine and hips protruded, he had lost all muscle mass, he was just a hot mess of a dog. His physical presentation gave the mistaken impression he was a very old dog. However, Pun was also very social and energetic. In his shelter kennel, Big Pun came running up with soft eyes and a wagging nub when he saw us and was easy to leash. Big Pun came into the eval room with a wagging nub and a trot. He was very sweet and friendly, allowing all handling. The behavior staff described him as a "very sweet baby who doesn't resource guard food despite being extremely emaciated". They shared that "he loves cuddles and is a big baby. He takes treats very snatchy and will jump up to eat it so we recommend tossing them or putting them on the floor. He loves to play and is an overall good boy!" His favorite past time is playing and chasing a ball. It's adorable to watch. Because Pun was absolutely clueless about manners, we knew he needed help in that area. He had clearly been neglected in every way possible. If any dog was ripe for spoiling, it was this good natured dude. So we had Pun participate in a Board and Train program at Lead Your K9 which is where the photos come from. There are A LOT more pix of him on our website. We did include 1 'Before' photo at the end so you can see the depth of the depravity he endured, yet came out of the experience forgiving and loving. Older children only who have lived with big, energetic dogs who sometimes forget humans don't want to dance with him or donate their fingers when giving him a treat. If you'd like to be considered for this big guy, just submit the application on our website, www.kodisclub.org/applications PA License 18512 Souderton, PA

Story
This little pocket Rottie is Rolo! But what he lacks in size he makes up for in charm. He definitely has a timid side to him but once he feels a good vibe, he's a total wiggle butt. He oozes love. I included one of him pre-rescue! Rolo came to us after being hit by a car and taken to the city shelter. No one came looking for him, so he came to us! He was one lucky boy because other than a little road rash and one lost tooth, he was none the worse for wear. Rolo is now looking for a new home where he can share all the love he has bursting out of his heart! If you'd like to be considered for him, just submit our application on our site at www.kodisclub.org/applications. PA License #18512 Souderton, PA

Story
This is Taylor, a 2 yr old boy who is looking for a home! Taylor is an all-around nice dog. He's rather large and unaware of his size, but not ill-intentioned. Just a lot of friendliness and curiosity coming from inside a big, eager body! He allows us to pet him all over and leashes easily. He is a good natured boy. He truly likes to please. Due to his size and 'love level', no small or young children because he will surely cause some falls. Cats unknown. ?If you'd like to be considered for this handsome boy, just submit the application you can find on our website at www.kodisclub.org/applications! PA License# 18512 Souderton, PA 18964

Story
We just were contacted by a previous adopter so we will share their words. "My husband and I adopted our beloved Fiona in January 2022 from Kodi’s Club. She has been such a joy and light in our life since we brought her home. She has been a wonderful dog, sweet, enjoys lots of cuddles and long walks daily. However, our world has changed as we just brought home our first baby from the hospital this past weekend. Fiona started demonstrating concerning behavior around him. We have also noticed that she doesn’t prefer children in general, especially when they play. We fear that our child’s safety is at risk, and we don’t want to compromise Fiona’s lifestyle either at this point. We are struggling with the impossible decision to surrender her. We wanted to see if Kodi’s Club would take her back to find her a home with no children that can provide all the love she deserves. She went to day care boarding whenever we were on vacation and always did well with the large dog group. She used a crate when we first got her, but we have not used it in some time now. She is truly just a big, goofy dog. She enjoys her daily walks, loves sitting on us and getting lots of pets. She can be mouthy with unfamiliar people at first. Fiona is very treat motivated" Fiona is now waiting for a new home. We are hoping she doesn't have to wait too long! If you'd like to be considered for her, please go to our website and submit our Kodi's Club adoption application. PA License # 18512 Souderton, PA

Story
Miss Roxie is still looking for her forever home! Please share!! Roxie is a 1 year old Pittie & Catahoula Leopard Mix. Some of her many key features are her floppy ears, her chocolate brown eyes, & her white dipped feet. As a puppy she had a black coat but now her Catahoula colors are coming through as she gets older. An important thing to note about Roxie is that she requires some special care due to having only one kidney. With her prescription diet and a little extra bloodwork, Roxie will live a very happy life. Despite her condition, Roxie is a happy & energetic girl. Some of her favorite activities include learning new puzzle toys and games, getting the zoomies, and playing with her foster siblings. She is shy at first with new people so I believe she will do best with a home with adults and teenagers. Roxie could be happy as an only dog or she would love a big (dog) brother to romp with. A dog sibling her size (55 lbs) or larger would be the best fit. But if she’s the only dog in the home, I know she’d love soaking up the attention. Roxie has had one on one leash walk training and is very enthusiastic to learn. But I know she would thrive in a home with a yard or an active exercise partner for walks/runs.
