Story
Two year old Harley has just completed a Board and Train program and did quite well. She worked with multiple trainers and training assistants and had a good relationship with each of them. We included the lead trainer's feedback below as they know her best. Harley will need a home that can meet her needs for activity and structure: "Harley is a ton of fun, She has VERY high energy & can be a bit silly but that’s her personality. I would say an ideal home for Harley would be with somebody who lives a very active lifestyle. She is always wanting to move and stretch those legs. Small children (mainly under 13) in a home with her likely aren’t ideal due to her hyperactivity and strength. She’s a strong girl who loves to jump around, I would be concerned with her knocking small children over. She is very social with the dogs that come to our enrichment program. We have been working on teaching her social skills by coaching her while she interacts with dogs so that she can have a more gentle approach. I think she could live in a home with another dog who matches her activity needs. Harley's adopter should be someone who is willing to give her structure throughout her day. When she gets bored she gets barky & tries to find something to do. She doesn't realize she needs time to shut off and relax. We have been working a lot on that off-switch with her through our place command and tether sessions. . As important as it is that we do our part teaching her how to be bored, I think it's just as important her future owner keeps up with it as well". If approved to adopt her, her trainer will spend time with her new family showing them the strategies that worked with this cutie pie. The first step is to submit the application on our website at www.kodisclub.org/applications. PA License #18512 Souderton, PA

Story
Meet Alex, your new best friend and adventure buddy! This 3 year old boy is incredibly friendly, affectionate, loyal, playful, smart, funny and athletic - making him the perfect companion for the right home. He is the opposite of a couch potato! He's always up for fun activities with those he trusts. Because of his high energy and 'zest' for life, no children under 12! He'd bowl them over lol. Alex was dog tested on leash and, much like with people, he was strong and high energy which could possibly either annoy, or intimidate, or engage another dog depending on their personality and temperament. He showed no aggression. We would assess interaction with a resident dog at a Meet. But he's just as happy being an only dog. He is creative in finding things to do and to make his own fun. At first, with new people, Alex is timid and lacks confidence. Once he sees for himself that he's safe, he warms up and his gleeful personality shines through. For this reason, his new family will need to be patient and consistent until Alex understands all his good. Thankfully, this boy has zero aggression. He is just suspect with new humans, most likely from having been homeless on the streets. Alex is very curious about his surroundings and is always eager to learn new things. He is eager to learn what is being asked of him. His loyalty, love, and goofy personality will win over your heart in no time. Alex is seeking a forever home where he can be showered with love, attention, and plenty of opportunities to play and explore, but who has the patience to help him build the trust he needs to blossom. He's sure to bring laughter and joy to everyone around him. If you'd like to be considered for Alex, just submit our application at www.kodisclub.org/applications! PA License #18512 Souderton, PA

Story
Zeus is 6 years old and love people of all ages. He knows basic commands and has a good recall. He loves water and sticks. I took him in a few months ago from a family that had to rehome him while I could find a more permanent home for him. He does not like cats or small animals, reason why I cannot keep him.

Story
Phoenix! This lovely, squishy medium sized (maybe 55 lbs) girl is around 2-3 years old. She was originally adopted from us as a puppy but returned for not getting along with the other pets in the home. Phoenix should be an only pet in her new home, but is a lovely girl willing to give you all her love. She would benefit from a diet and losing a little weight. She is a great girl who is fully housebroken (but may have a few small accidents as she gets acclimated) and crate trained. She would be fine with older, school aged children. Story
Kodiak! This handsome hunk is Kodiak. He was adopted from us as a puppy about a year and a half ago and while he was well loved some major family changes (through no fault of Kodiak's) made his family decide that they were not giving him the time and attention he needs. As sad and confused as Kodiak is at losing the only family he knows he is trying really hard to put on a brave face and is now looking towards to future. He is an energetic goofball and would love an active, adventurous family. Like hiking? So does Kodiak! How about games of fetch? Kodiak is your guy! Kodiak is housebroken and crate trained, although we would expect any dog might have a few accidents while they transition ot a new home and routine. Although Kodiak is very dog friendly he is also a (large) bundle of energy and may intimidate some dogs with his....exuberance. He did happily live with another dog since puppyhood. Although he lived with a very young child he is a 60 lb freight train at times and as such will accidentally knock over little ones and would do best with older kids or an adult home. Story
Einstein! The adorable boy genius is Einstein. He is an approx 2 yr old medium sized mixed breed dog (pittie and/or some other energetic terrier mix). He joined us recently from a local shelter, so not much is known about his history, but we do know the following: - good in a crate/kennel - considers any person with food to be a friend, so it is pretty easy to introduce him to new people with a couple of treats to be his next bestie - affectionate. Enjoys snuggling with his people - dog friendly. Loves to play with canine friends Einstein is a typical young dog who would benefit from a family that will work on him with training and basic manners and keep him active. His adoption fee includes his neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchipping and heartworm testing (negative). He is also up to date on deworming and preventatives. Interested in Einstein?
