Story
Loki is an energetic dog. He loves attention and to run around and get his zoomies out. He needs a home with room and someone to give more attention than he’s getting right now. With times getting tough and working more hours it’s less time to give him what he needs. Over all a very well listener could use more training but basic house life for a dog works with him. Not a big barker or whiner. Great with kids. No longer in plainsboro. In Burlington city, just noticed the address was predated to old house. In serious need of a new home if anyone can take him before he goes to a shelter please let me know

Hey there! I'm Loki, and the best thing about spending time with me is that I give the warmest hugs. I've got a lot of love to share, and my favorite thing to do is lay my head on my human friends while we relax outside. There's nothing better than those peaceful moments together.I'm also a bit of a goofball, always ready to make you laugh with my silly antics. You'll often see me doing play bows or jumping around like a frog, just to show off my playful side. Plus, I'm an excellent treat catcher and really enjoy obedience training. Let's have some fun and make every day an adventure!Post Adoption Training Scholarship (PATS)At SAVE, we understand that the current economy presents challenges, and this impacts dog adoption rates. To ease the financial burden on adopters and help our adoptable dogs find their forever homes, we are excited to introduce the Post Adoption Training Scholarship (PATS) program. This initiative funds the first five training sessions with a qualified trainer for select medium and large breed dogs, identified in their adoption bios. For more information, please call the shelter director (Jack Griffin) and ask about the PATS program.Complete the online adoption application on our website. Hey there, pals! I'm Sinatra, the husky with a voice as smooth as jazz and a spirit as free as the wind. They say the summer wind brought me into the shelter, but let me tell you, I'm doing it my way from here on out. With my striking blue eyes that could rival the famous singer himself, I'm not just your average pup - I'm a chatty husky with a lot to say and even more energy to burn. While I may be independent by nature, I'm always up for an adventure, whether it's exploring new trails or howling along to my favorite tunes. So if you're in need of a furry friend who's ready to dance to the beat of their own drum, look no further - I'm Sinatra, your charismatic companion, ready to serenade you with love and laughter every step of the way.Post Adoption Training Scholarship (PATS)At SAVE, we understand that the current economy presents challenges, and this impacts dog adoption rates. Story
Hello there, I'm Orion, your friendly, fur-tastic canine companion! Picture a sleek, starry-coated gentleman who knows how to charm his way into your heart.First and foremost, they say I'm quite the gentleman, and I couldn't agree more. I've got manners that would make even the fanciest of poodles jealous. Opening doors for you? Check. Offering a paw for a polite shake? Absolutely. When it comes to being a well-behaved doggo, I've got it down to a science. Now, let's talk about my snuggling skills. They say I'm a great snuggler, and I take that title very seriously. There's nothing better than curling up beside you on a chilly evening, feeling the warmth of your presence, and sharing a blanket. I'm a firm believer that there's no problem in the world that can't be solved with a good snuggle session.I'm a lover of the great outdoors too! Going on walks is one of my favorite activities. I'll lead the way with my confident stride, always ready to explore new trails and make new furry friends. It's not just about the exercise; it's about the journey, the scents, and the joy of being by your side.Speaking of walks, just like the constellation in the night sky, I'm here to guide you through life's adventures, one pawstep at a time. We'll explore the universe together, discovering new constellations in the form of friendships and memories. And finally, I give the best hugs! Lean in, and I'll wrap my paws around you like a bear hug from a best friend. It's my way of showing just how much I love and appreciate you.So, if you're looking for a well-mannered, snuggle-loving, walk-ready companion who'll brighten your day and your nights, I'm your Orion. Together, we'll journey through life's adventures, making every moment a stellar experience.Post Adoption Training Scholarship (PATS)At SAVE, we understand that the current economy presents challenges, and this impacts dog adoption rates. Story
I'm Roxie Heart, and life is just one big, splashy adventure to me! Dive into my world, and you'll find a dog who's as smart as a whip, as silly as a clown, and as playful as a pup can be.Let's start with my all-time favorite pastime - the pool! Oh, how I love the cool, refreshing water on a hot day. I'm a water dog through and through, and if you throw a tennis ball or a floating toy in there, you'll see me paddle and splash with pure joy. I'm like a furry synchronized swimmer, and I'll even teach you some moves if you join me!Now, when it comes to intelligence, I'm no slouch. They say I'm "smart," and I'm inclined to agree. I've mastered some impressive tricks like sit, touch, and down. But don't worry, I won't show off too much - I'm a humble hound who's always eager to learn new tricks and make you proud.Speaking of toys, there's nothing like a good squeaky toy to tickle my funny bone. I'll roll around, toss it in the air, and give it a good squeak just to see your reaction. It's my way of saying, "Let's have some fun, human!"Now, about my silliness, I take playtime very seriously! I'm a goofball at heart, and I'll do just about anything to make you smile. Whether it's chasing my tail in circles or giving you the classic puppy-dog eyes, I've got a knack for spreading laughter. So, if you're looking for a pool-loving, smart, squeaky-toy enthusiast who knows some cool tricks and is the silliest sidekick you'll ever have, then look no further than Roxie Heart! Together, we'll make a splash and have a bark-tastic time in this wonderful adventure called life.Post Adoption Training Scholarship (PATS)At SAVE, we understand that the current economy presents challenges, and this impacts dog adoption rates. Story
Our prettiest Peachiest girl continues to get overlooked and we have no idea why??? She's as sweet as a Georgia peach, and that's no exaggeration! She's not just a pretty face, she's got beauty and brains! She can strut her stuff with elegance and charm, but she also has a clever mind that's always eager to learn new tricks. She is very well behaved, housetrained, and independent. Very loving but not clingy and values her alone time as much as her snuggle time. She can entertain herself with toys and perfect for a person who appreciates a dog with a bit of independence. And when it comes to settling in, she's a pro. New environments and situations don't faze her. She's very adaptable.Peaches requires a home without cats , but she has doggie friends at SAVE and we're happy to do a meet and greet. She's also equally happy being your one and only.Complete the adoption app by visiting our website SaveHomelessAnimals.org. This girl is even prettier in person. Peaches is equally happy to be your foster dog or forever dog. Just get her out of the shelter!!!**This pet is eligible for the Pets for Patriots program**For more information on Peaches, please call the shelter at 609-309-5214.
