Story
She is a 40-pound, 16-month-old Australian Shepherd. She is friendly and clingy, loving people more than other dogs. This was also the reason I chose her; she was the only puppy in the litter that stayed by my side. I am looking for a stable home. The most important thing is having flexible working hours to spend time with her and provide at least 1-2 hours of exercise daily. Ideally, I prefer living in a house so she can have more space to play.

Story
Lotte is a very sweet puppy with a lot of personality already. She is very loving and just wants to be around you all the time. She already has a lot of energy and is very confident. She can be pretty nippy so you have to be patient with her and willing to teach her. She is very smart she knows to use a potty pad and occasionally has accidents. She already knows sit and is working on paw and stay. She sleeps in her crate and will go into it for naps if not napping with you. She is a very food motivated girl and gets very excited to eat and loves treats. She loves chews such as small bully sticks, beef tendons, and rabbit feet. She will be up to date with her shots, she is a really good puppy and we really would love to keep her and just want to make sure she goes to the best home possible. She is going to be a great dog and would do best with someone who is patient and has an active lifestyle. Would also love updates on her and how she is doing!

Story
Sweetest baby needs a loving and patient home. We got her out of a bad situation and need to see her go to her loving forever home. She has two modes this young, hyper play and floppy cuddly. She sleeps next to us all night, and sleeps soundly through 90% of nights. Sometimes she lets us know she needs to use the restroom. She is being housetrained, and MOSTLY goes on the pads, but occasionally only uses the restrooms *near* the pads. She's trying. Smart and friendly!

Story
Mookie is a beautiful, regal (and sometimes goofy) looking dog. He likes to play with other dogs & go out on walks. He loves teenagers & energetic happy people. He needs exercise daily but also sleeps a lot of the day. He’s had training and walks well on a leash although he can be reactive to scooters and bicycles. The right owner/place for Mookie will be where there is/are very experienced, confident dog owners because Mookie has resource guarding issues and a bite history due to fear aggression, we think. Most of the time he is calm and eager to follow commands. He is super food motivated & eagerly awaits treats & rewards. He responds well to structure & consistency. We have worked in the past with a dog psychologist and trainers to help us manage his behavior. He tends to guard/police the areas he inhabits and, is usually calm and manageable now, but he can be moody. Mookie is a sweet boy but I think would do much better in a single-dog family. He loves cuddles and belly rubs!

Story
BayBee's adoption fee has been sponsored by a generous individual so when we approve the perfect adoption application for her, her adoption fee will be waived! This long and lanky chi mix will melt right into your heart with those big adoring eyes. Baybee (5-6 years old? 11lbs) was found as a stray and spent the first two days at the shelter hiding under her bed. A volunteer eventually coaxed her out and had an immediate friend. While timid and a bit skittish right now, Baybee wastes no time warming up to gentle humans and other dogs of all sizes. She loves to be next to people and is learning that a lap is a very wonderful place to be. She has grown leaps and bounds in her confidence after only a few days in her foster home. She does well with her foster siblings (male and female), appears to be potty pad trained, walks on a leash, and sleeps through the night in her own bed. She loves to stretch her long body and drag herself across the floor as if she's swimming - very entertaining! Baybee can be a little skittish in noisy areas like cities etc. She would do best in a home in a quiet neighborhood. We have not tested BayBee with cats however she does take a big interest in critters outside and chasing them. This leads us to believe that she may be a cat chaser. *If you have a cat, we'd suggest a slow introduction with a safe space for the cat to jump up on or go to for personal space from a dog. A baby gate can work wonders for intros such as these*
