Story
Mildred is so loyal to her people and likes to warn them whenever a stranger is around. Once she's comfortable, she is a loving and constant companion. One-on-one, she seems to be in her element. She will likely benefit most from a quieter home with consistent people and little unsettling activity. If intact when adopted, adopter must neuter within 60 days of adoption. Meet Niles! This boy is a fun active guy looking for his forever family to find him. Niles and a group of his friends were saved from a very bad situation and he is quickly learning that people can be pretty cool. Niles would like to be an only dog for now as he has never lived in a home before and all his adventures with you will be brand new, but we know he can't wait for it to happen. This boy is ready for fun walks followed by awesome snuggles to netflix and chill. If you think this guy is your boy, be sure to fill out an app before someone else does!

Roman is a happy, enthusiastic, well-behaved young guy. He's way too interested in cats, so we'd definitely recommend a cat-free house. Applications to foster or adopt are available by emailing roas@romi.gov. Contact us about Roman today!

Story
Meet Hattie! Hattie is as sweet as they come with quite a personality to go with her. She is excellent at supervising our shelter shifts and letting us know just when we aren't moving fast enough (we see her in some sort of management position in her new home, maybe Head of Squirrel Security for example). Hattie really loves her time out and is happy to play and be with people. She is very ready to move on from shelter life and into a cozy home with a family that will love her for the rest of her life. She recently went on a field trip and was great in the car and walked very well on the leash. Hattie did not come from gentle beginnings and has never lived in a real home before so everything for her will be new. The best family for her would be able to have patience as she learns all the great things that life has to offer that she never got to experience before. Seeing her discover things for the first time is sure to melt your heart. She is a very gentle and fun girl and may be great around older kids. Right now we believe she would be best as the only dog in a home without cats for her to be the most successful. If this sounds like you, please fill out an application, Hattie is waiting!

Story
Meet beautiful Alicia. Alicia is as sweet as can be and ready to find her people. She is so happy when she gets to come out of her kennel and just soaks up all the pets she can. She came from a pretty bad situation but she is quickly learning all the fun and great things she was missing. She loves to play but would be a good contender for some Netflix and chill. She is great on a leash and in the car. She is on the smaller side so would fit perfectly in any couch spot you gave her, or lap, if you prefer. Because she lives in a shelter she will need help learning all the house stuff like where to potty, what comfy things she can lay on...you get the idea, but she is so excited to learn and the shelter is happy to help as well so you are set up properly! Small kids and cats are unknown and slow introduction with other dogs would be required. If you are interested in meeting our girl, please be sure to fill out an application for her.

Story
Hey everyone, my name is Wilhelm, pleased to meet you. Amazing Senior alert! I have been chilling at the shelter and they told me now is my time to find my forever family and say goodbye. I am a pretty chill guy, I love a nap. I would love to take many of those on a couch or comfy dog bed. If some cuddles come with that...bonus! I have never lived in a real home before so everything will be new to me but I really can't wait to learn all the things I've missed. If you think I could be the guy you have been looking for, please out an application for me so we can meet...I'm waiting.
