She needs lots of room to run an play and a home where she gets more attention and time then I can give her. Great with other dogs as I have another younger texas heeler. I would like to go with her if able.

Story
Copenhagen loves his humans and likes to sleep next to them. Good on leash. Generally laid back. Loves belly rubs. Likes to play ball but never brings it back to you. Wants you to chase him. Lived with 2 previous Great Danes without issue. After the loss of our previous Danes another was brought into the home and the battle for pack leader ensued. Food aggressive with this one but not with previous Danes. As previously stated did well with our late Danes but never got along with this one. He has not been aggressive to other dogs in neighborhood or walking on leash. Have not tried to feed him with other dogs. Fenced yard would be best as he likes to follow his nose. Terrified of gunfire, fireworks & severe thunderstorms. Doesn't mind going out in the rain.

Story
Hi! I`m Rusty! The dog days of summer are upon us. Rusty loves to spend time outside lounging in the grass and then to come inside and lounge in your home. He`s a good boy with a fun energy. He would be good in a home with other dogs as he likes to play with his dog pals here. It would be best for him to have older children because he likes to jump up for your attention and he doesn`t like to be pulled and hung onto. Rusty had a terrible ear infection when he arrived and it was very painful for him and his ears can be sensative so be mindful of this when petting them. His beautiful chestnut colored coat shines in the sun and he`s ready for summer with you. If you are interested in adopting me or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm. **BISSELL EMPTY THE SHELTERS ADOPTION EVENT TAKES PLACE FROM 7/8 - 7/31. Story
Hi, my name is Snow White, I weigh around 45 pounds and I am around 1 year and a half old!I am a playful when I want to be, I love other dogs and I really like jumping all over them.I can be picky about treats. I take them when I want them but if I`m not feeling it then I`ll just ignore them or use them as a toyI would be best in a home with no cats. Those things freak me out!I am very playful and do need to learn some manners and not play as much with my mouthI would be best in a home with kids over 16 (that is a must) as i don`t like it too terribly much when I`m being restrained. Of course I would benefit from training so that I can become the best canine citizen possible.I do have some resource guarding issues with food I really like An owner that has experience with my breed is really preferred, after all us Husky`s can be quite the handful for new dog owners. If you are interested in adopting me or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm.
