Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Princess loves who she loves with all her heart.  She would flourish in a home with no other dogs or cats.  It takes some time for her to warm up to you but once she dogs she is basically a Velcro dog, never leaving your side.  She is a medium energy level dog who could use a walk a day but would be fine missing a few here and there as long she could romp in the backyard a little.    She's come a long way from her days of living a life outside or in a trashed out vacant home in the D laying on dirty piles of old clothing in a dark and waterfilled basement.  She was unfortunately neglected for the majority of her younger years so she really needs a patient adopter who can focus all their love on her. Princess loves hugs and belly rubs and enjoys walks on lead.  she's crate trained and continues to be worked with some reactivity when she in in the crate.  But that doesn't keep her from being a loving and sensitive sweetheart.  Princes's birthday is August 2015Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 13, 2024, 12:48 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Adopt-a-bull Bronx is already happy to be with his foster brother Luca and the pair have bonded famously. Luca will help Bronx learn good social skills and we’re confident Bronx can go to a home with another dog and kids 14 and older. He’s a lanky tall boy who likes to run and burn energy.  Bronx’s ideal home would be an active couple, single, or family.  He has lots of energy and is most happy when he gets the chance to burn it off.  He would love to go to a family that would keep up on his training to ensure he continues to be the best boy possible.  He is great at our events and can be around people and dogs without an issue.  He also lives with 2 other dogs and gets along with them well.  His ideal doggie sibling would be a female medium to large female dog.  Of course, who can resist such a strong EAR game! Get those applications in for this guy! He won’t be available for long!  Bronx’s birthday is approximately 12/16/2021.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 13, 2024, 12:48 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. All our Cane lovers come check out adoptable Enzo!  He was found near 8 mile in Detroit while hanging around a job site.  He is an active boy who LOVES to play catch.  He is great at the fetching part, he returns about 75% of the time, but he’s working on it!  We are still learning his personality, but he seems to be a confident boy who knows what he wants.  This fits the breed description and as such will ideally go to a home with Cane or Mastiff experience.  He likes people but barks at new people who come around his space, again, standard for the breed.  He has got along well with a few chill female pups hes met and would probably be good with a relaxed female sister.  No cats for this boy and kids above the age of 13.  If you are looking for a beautiful Cane with a great life ahead of him please apply to meet Enzo today!  His approximate birth date is March 2021.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 13, 2024, 12:48 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.**UPDATE** Our girl Aspen is getting stronger and stronger!  She can move around very fast and now can walk on hardwood and other slick surfaces!  She still can't fully navigate stairs so a ranch or single story type home would be best for her. Her neuro consult found no pressing concerns.  So that news paired with her mobility improvements we think she'll be just fine hopping her way through life! Our miracle girl Aspen is an amazing example of dogs, and pitties especially, will to live!  We were contacted by a friend of the rescue who mentioned there were two female puppies living in a basement with their mom.  The “owners” claimed they didn’t even know the female was pregnant and they didn’t want the puppies.  When we got there we were told the one female puppy was given away, but we could have the last one.  We SNAGED her up right away.  She was lethargic and slow.  We quickly realized there was something going on.  She was young but should have been able to stand.  She wasn’t able to.  At worst we feared it was Distemper but thankful it was not.  It appears she has some type of neurological disorder.  It may be hypomyelination but she as an official neuro consult in March 2024!  The good news is she is getting stronger and more active each day.  She is hopping and jumping towards her foster mom and getting better and putting weight on her legs!  She wont give up and we wont give up on her!  Special needs dogs are a blessing, if you’re interested in learning more, please apply at busterdogs.comVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 13, 2024, 12:48 pm
