Story
Ella is the most loving and adorable dog ever. She loves to be loved and loves absolutely everything and everyone. Unfortunately, I need to her because my work schedule doesn’t allow me to give her the time and attention that she deserves. She is gentle, sweet, playful, follows directions, is house trained, and vaccinations are up to date.

Story
Piper is a 3-year old doodle mix in great health. Originally rescued from a shelter at around 1 y/o. Piper is loving, empathetic, and very smart. She enjoys snoozing in the sun, playing with chew toys, practicing training (sit, touch, wait, leave it, and place commands), and going on walks and runs. Piper is highly food-motivated and is eager to please. Piper has some behavioral issues that will require continued management and training (leash reactivity, resource guarding, some separation anxiety) and our current trainer (who is fantastic) will meet with you free of charge to help Piper transition. We are rehoming her because she recently started showing aggression towards one of her owners (resulting in a couple minor bites). We love Piper very much and we want to find her a home that better fits her lifestyle where she can thrive. Her ideal home should be free of small pets, children, and have loving owners willing to provide her positive reinforcement and consistent training.

Story
***Located in Alabama but available for transport in the Midwest and New England**** Meet the beautiful puppy Maggie. She is probably a Pyrenees hound Labrador mix but that’s only a best guess. Currently she weighs 17 lbs at 14-15 weeks old so she may be a medium-medium large size. She is a very smart puppy so house training should be a breeze. If you are looking for a puppy to be a buddy for an existing dog she would be an awesome candidate. Ideally she will go to an home with an existing dog to help her with her shyness. She is great with dogs, cats and kids but older kids only please, since puppies have sharp teeth! She is such a sweetheart. Maggie is spayed, up to date on her vaccines and microchipped. Transport Available to NE and the Midwest. Please email us for more information at conniesk9rescue@gmail.com

Story
Rilan comes from an unknown situation but one thing we do know. He was mistreated and not cared for. He was given up by a friend of the owner and he was very skinny, He had severe and deep ear dirt and infection for a lengthy time and was clearly fed the cheapest food made. He had never been vetted or groomed. His claws curled around his paws and were so close to the pads on his paws. Luckily he fell into our care and he is the SWEETEST baby. He's well behaved, he doesn't know from toys, so he's just starting to understand what a toy is, he's a blank slate. We got him completely vetted and healthy now. He's never had a yard to play in, not familiar with leashes so hasn't been walked much. But he walks great on a leash now. He is very loving, loves to be held. He is faithful to the core and stays right by your side. Great companion doggie. He's not a fan of being in a the car and has been getting car sick in the car, so we are hoping we can turn that around. He has been groomed by our wonderful groomer, he's being vetted now and fixed, also a dental as he's never had any care for his entire life till now and he's opening up like a little flower to the affection he receives. He loves men, he's great with a dog his size and he's fine around cats. We can't understand how anyone would not care for such a sweet, loving pup who only wants to be close to a human and kissed on. Sad state of affairs people who are such tyrants can be towards an innocent pup. He's a red chestnut color, very pretty. We are looking for a foster or a adopter in a non smoking home, in a home where someone is working from home or has a opposite schedule from the person/people they live with. He really loves to be with someone all the time and he's loving playing with a dog his size so he would be happiest in a home with a dog who wants to play with him. Someone with a fenced backyard. We will not consider a apartment or a mobile park for him. Because he is so needy, we want him in a home with mature adults, older kids that are at least older teens. He will benefit from being the center of attention. He's fine with other calm dogs and with cats. Just a lovely boy who is in need of a loving, caring home. For more information on Rilan call or text me at 517 294 4514 or email your phone number to marlas2468@yahoo.com

Story
Sashya comes to us as a young, lovely little handicapped furball. We are not sure if his condition is one of neglect or being born this way and under the care of a clueless pet parent. He is a little dog, very friendly and needy, he doesn't know he's different and therefore he just wants to play with other dogs small accepting dogs or a cat and needs to be with someone constantly. He's cute as a button and loving. He has some sort of neurological problem when it comes to walking and steading himself. So he prances and tumbles. It could be he was born like this or that he never got his puppy distemper shot series as a pup. The owner was clueless when it comes to getting the dog to a vet, she actually never did. We tend to believe his condition is due to not having puppy shots and he may have contracted one of the viruses puppies get when they are not protected by shots. He has been to the vet with us so far, we will be getting him vetted for the most part, shots and blood test and such. Heartworm check, etc. We are looking for a person who is either home all the time or has a partner who works opposite schedules. A adopter who will be able to handle his medical issues as they come up. Sashya really needs someone around most all of the time or can go with them where they go. He's okay home alone for a few hours if you have a playpen area set up for him. He really cannot roam the house unsupervised because he can fall down or get stuck and not be able to get lose by himself. He's like a person with cerebral palsy but of course a dog who can not care for himself. Left to himself he would have trouble doing many things. An experienced person with handicapped pets is needed for him. Someone with a medical background would be wonderful as far as understanding his slight disabilities. Just as far as being able to help Sashya out when he's having difficulty being mobile. He's a sweet, loving little soul. He's tiny and easy to carry around either by himself or in a front back pack and he loves other small dogs and would probably be fine with cats. A mature household only and one that has quick access to getting outside. He doesn't need much of a yard because he can't go far, but loves being outside and he does go potty outside. A wonderful companion for someone who has the good soul and heart to care for someone a little needy, loyal and a loving companion. Story
Connor is a sweet, adorable pup who lost his Mom in April and now needs a home to live out the next half of his life. He belonged to a woman who spoiled him to the hilt. He likes to play, he's active and friendly and is good with other small dogs. He was a only pet in his life this far, but he's very energetic. 12 pounds and busy and active. He needs a home with a fenced yard and someone who is home with him. Friendly and happy. He wasn't fed a great diet of late, but we need to get him back on track with healthy food. So a person who is willing and able to provide him healthy food and a active life is what we are looking for. He's not a fan of cats but that is his only down side is cats.
