Story
Lucy is an adorable Border Collie mix with a great smile! She loves going on long walks and even sits politely when you leash her to go outside. Lucy enjoys traveling and is a great running partner. She loves snuggles and belly rubs. Lucy does well with sleeping on her own, with free access to her crate. She is a good listener, and overall well-behaved other than her jealousy/aggression issues. She is an anxious dog and we have given her calming medications in the past. Lucy was originally owned by a relative that adopted her from a shelter. Our relative could no longer care for her because of how active Lucy is. Our relative had a chihuahua and three other cats that Lucy did well with. From what we have seen in the past, Lucy does well with kids. We have seen that she must warm up to younger men.

Story
Dougie is 11 months old, he was a gift to my grandson, a teen student persuing his education. We are looking for help rehoming him due to the surgery cost. I don't want him to be put down if he goes to a shelter. The surgery is approximately 5,000 USD it Is prolapsed purse reinsertion. With all of the costs of taking him back and forth to appointments with no answers, I have exhausted all of my family's financial resources and I am barely able to take of us including Dougie as a part of my family.

This is Blue. He’s a very good boy and will be one years old June 2nd of this year! He’s never been around children or other animals, but I’m sure he’s be just fine. He has lots of energy and just wants to always play. He does need some training so an experienced dog owner would be preferred.

Story
Frank is a handsome, sweet and loving companion. He is a Mountain Cur/Shepherd Mix, approximately 7-8 years old and 55 pounds. He absolutely loves snuggling and laying around the house. He also likes to run and play fetch, but overall he is a very calm dog. You can usually find him lying in the sun or by the fire. Frank is well-mannered in the house and sleeps in his cozy crate at night. He knows basic obedience commands and is eager to please. He is anxious and scared of other dogs and would need to be in a home with no other dogs. Because of this, Frank does not do well with boarding facilities and has been scared in these situations. He loves people and would do best with a person or family that can spend quality time with him. Frank is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations.

Story
Shadow is a playful and sweet boy who loves to run but needs a bit of discipline and training. We are looking to find him a healthy, happy, and an energetic parent. A family that will treat him like a part of their own family and keep him indoors and not chained outside. He loves to eat and hasn’t had too much human or dog interaction but will learn with a good parent. Only reason we are trying to place him in a new home is because we just had a baby and our home is small so it’s really difficult to give him time and proper space also we feel as if we can’t give him what he deserves. We love Shadow and he is a joy to have but ultimately want what’s best for him.
