Story
I found this sweet boy roaming on the road in 28 degrees. He jumped right in the car and ended up riding around with me for work all day. He was a great rider and laid down as soon as the car started to move. He has some training and was obviously someone’s dog. He has great recall, knows sit, is housebroken and crate trained He was very dehydrated and hungry and looks so much better after his short time with good food and fresh water. He still has some scabs and may have a scar or two from his time out running but he’s healing well. We already have two rescue pibbles and unfortunately my last rescue is determined to not like this new handsome guy. I’m having to keep them separate with at least a couple barriers to keep him safe. He ran with my female and they had a great time. He is very curious about cats and none of mine have let him get close enough but he came running back when I called while trying to catch up to our feral cat. Very trainable dog. Must agree to neuter

Story
Franklin is growing up with us and we have no idea why no one has decided to bring him home! He LOVES people and has learned sit and is working on his leash manners with us. Franklin has gained confidence while in our care and is making so many doggy friends. He loves to play chase and wrestle with other playful pups. When he is in cuddle mode, he enjoys neck scratches and belly rubs. Franklin loves training sessions and is super food-motivated. He is still very much a puppy but eager to learn all the good boy ways. He has been with us since August and we just want this sweet boy to get a chance at living in a home of his own. Consider adopting Franklin if you want a puppy with so much potential to become an amazing dog!

Story
Abigail has a heart as big as her howl and she's on the hunt for a new home. She is the perfect combination of an independent pup that also appreciates couch cuddles. One secret about Abigail is that her favorite spot to sleep is curled up as small as she can on a comfy chair. She LOVES other dogs and would appreciate a friendly pup in her next home. She is housetrained and crate trained (although she doesn't love going into her crate - she is quiet and content inside it). Abigail prefers attention over treats and car rides are one of her favorite things! She is your typical houndy gal who loves following her nose and singing the songs of her people. And squirrels? Enemy #1. Abigail loves ear rubs and just enjoying a laid-back lifestyle with some romping around a yard sprinkled in. If you are looking for the sweetest baby angel of a dog, Abigail is your girl!
