Story
Roxxie was adopted as a puppy and is 4 years old. She needs lots of attention, long walks and a spacious yard. She is very hyper but very sweet. She grew up with an older husky, 2 cats and a pomsky puppy. She is very loving, cuddly and smart. She knows how to sit, stay, shake, guard (sit between legs), lay down and come. She has a big bark but isn’t aggressive towards people, and she is protective. She was the runt of her litter so she is a smaller Rottweiler.

Story
I adopted Oscar 12 years ago in Ohio. In that time we have moved to Colorado and all over the state. He lived with me in apartments mostly. Now he is a farm dog. He's a very sweet boy. He was born deaf in one ear. He loves people and to snuggle under the covers at night. He loves peanut butter, though all treats are a win in his eyes. He is a goofy boy and loves to be playful. Oscar loves kids and to lick their faces. We have to rehome my buddy because he is food-aggressive and has a prey drive. We have tried behavioral training, wearing a mask all day long, and crate separation. He is slowly becoming more isolated to protect our other animals and this is just not fair to him. He would do best in a loving home as the only pet. I am devastated to have to make this choice, but am hopeful we can find him somewhere he can enjoy freedom and be someone's special goober. I am very willing to finance his needs for the rest of his life if this is a barrier to adoption for you.

Story
Scooter is from Texas and is 8. I inherited her after a family member passed away and that family member additionally had inherited her (just 6 months prior) after a death. I believe that she had previously been physically abused and neglected as she was aggressive when she came to live in our home. I’ve seen tremendous growth from her in the 18 months that she has been part of our family. She is still skittish around strangers, especially men. She can and has been calm and accepting of cats and small dogs, with some gradual exposure. She is still trainable and willing to learn! We have taught her to sit, stay, and be house trained. She has experience on a leash and does okay. My family is going through financial and housing hardships. We have been living in an RV for 6 months and Scooter needs more space and care than we can provide. She needs a seasoned and patient new owner but can make an amazing new best friend!
