BRODY IS IS ONE OF OUR FIRST DOGS TO BE SPONSORED! THIS MEANS HE HAS BEEN IN OUR BOARDING FACILITY FOR FAR TOO LONG SO ALL BUT $25 OF HIS ADOPTION FEE HAS BEEN SPONSORED. EVEN THOUGH HE HAS BEEN WITH US FOR AWHILE, HE IS STILL A VERY FRIENDLY, AFFECTIONATE, SWEET AS CAN BE BOY! Beautiful Brody is a very friendly boy that is looking for someone to take him hiking. Running, long walks and playing at the beach are favorite pastimes also. He loves to have his doggie pals on outings with him, and he’s great in pack walks, but another dog in the home is not required. He is very social and enjoys meeting new people, And he’s affectionate with everyone he meets. He would even be a lapdog if he could. Brody is especially drawn to men so an athletically active guy would be ideal. He is now almost 2yrs old, and weighs approx 60lbs. Brody is a very athletically active, smart boy that thrives on his daily exercise, then he’ll come home to relax on the floor and play with his toys. He has already had some basic training and has some manners, although an experienced large dog person to help Brody maintain his polite behavior is required. He’s a young boy so with just a little more time and with a committed, loving person, he will be the perfect canine citizen in no time. He loves car rides so he could even be a companion for someone that drives for a living. He is crate and house trained so he can stay home for a reasonable amount of time. Brody must have a 6ft, securely fenced yard. Kids must be over 10yrs old and no kitties please.

LUCKY IS IS ONE OF OUR FIRST DOGS TO BE SPONSORED! Lucky is truly a lucky boy! He was turned in to a high kill Ca shelter with a fractured front leg. (He has since recovered and has no activity limitations). They immediately sent him to their vet to be euthanized. The vet found that he’s a very sweet, affectionate, easy going, 60lb boy and they wanted to save his life. Lucky enough, we’ve worked with this vet in previous rescue endeavors so they reached out for help. After considerable negotiations with the shelter, they agreed to release ownership to us. Thank goodness! We had no idea how wonderful he really is! Lucky gets along great with other dogs and would actually do best with another easy going dog in the home. He’s tolerant of young puppy energy but he’s about 6yrs old now and much prefers a middle aged pal to hang out with. He also wonderful with kitties. He’s wonderful with people, too, so kids over 8yrs old is fine. He is very affectionate so lots of cuddle time is required. Lucky loves to be outside to just hang out and explore so a 5ft or higher securely fenced yard is required. He is completely house and crate trained so he can be left home alone for a reasonable amount of hours. Lucky walks great on a leash but he can sometimes get a little anxious when he sees other dogs, unless he’s walking with his k9 pal. So an experienced person that can walk two dogs is best. This very special boy is ready for his own, very lucky home that will take him hiking, camping and give him lots of cuddle time.

Story
Silly as can be Jenny is now about 10mo old and weighs approx 25lbs. She is clearly a Corgi mix but with what, we don’t know. This sweet girl has come a very long way in the last few months. Due to being hit by a car (we assume), she almost lost her life. She had numerous broken bones, along with some other stress to some nerves at the base of her spine so we thought she may not recover. Our specialist recommended that we amputate her tail to try and help the healing process, and it worked! Her bones and nerve endings have healed, and she is now ready for her own, forever home. She is a very silly, happy girl that runs and plays with her foster siblings, with no restrictions. She is now also house and crate trained. Jenny loves to learn new things so she must have a person that will continue her training. She absolutely loves to play with other dogs so another dog in the home is a must. She’s also great with the kitties. She is doing great with her leash training and loves to go on walks or even light hikes, but because of past injuries to her back legs, running or jogging on concrete is not an option. She must have a 5ft or higher fenced yard and she should not be left alone for more that 5-6 hr intervals.

RANGER IS IS ONE OF OUR FIRST DOGS TO BE SPONSORED! THIS MEANS HE HAS BEEN IN OUR BOARDING FACILITY FOR FAR TOO LONG SO ALL BUT $25 OF HIS ADOPTION FEE HAS BEEN SPONSORED. EVEN THOUGH HE HAS BEEN WITH US FOR AWHILE, HE IS STILL A VERY FRIENDLY, SOCIAL, GOOFY AS CAN BE BOY! Ranger is ready for a running partner! This very active, friendly as can be 20 mo old, 63lb boy would be the ultimate exercise partner! He loves to get out and explore everything around him. He is a happy, silly boy so he may try to stop and greet new people when you’re on a walk. When you’re talking to him, he will go into a play bow, thinking he can distract you from calling him to come inside. He’s so goofy! It’s so hard to believe he hasn’t yet found his own, forever home! He has lived in a shelter like environment for literally half his young life so far, so he desperately deserves a home of his own. He’s absolutely wonderful with other dogs so another large, playful, friendly dog in the home would be best. He must also have an experienced person that will continue his training. Ranger is very affectionate so someone that is ok with lots of cuddles is also a must. He is crate trained and can be left home line for up to 6 hrs without a potty break. He must have a 5ft or higher securely fenced yard.

Story
Beautiful Martina is a very energetic, happy as can be 10mo old puppy that constantly has her little nub tail wagging! She currently weighs about 30lbs and should be closer to 35lbs when she’s full grown. She is a very social girl so an active home is a must. She loves to run, run, run so a fenced yard is also required. She would be the perfect companion for a family that does a lot of camping, hiking and maybe even some jogging. A farm where she can help coral the goats or livestock would be perfect! She loves meeting new people so a socially active home would be great, too. Martina is extremely smart so she must have lots of training games to help her become a model k9citizen. She is doing great with her crate and house training, as long as she has frequent potty breaks. Martina thrives on her doggy play dates so another dog in the home or frequent play dates would be idea . A heeler experienced home is also best. Overall, Martina is a great tempered, friendly dog that is ready for lots of adventures and a home of her own.

Story
Turbo Tobin is a very busy guy! He’s so excited about life that he just can’t get enough of being outside to explore and experience all life has to offer. He is a very outgoing, social, friendly boy that loves to go on adventures and meet new people. He also gets very excited when it’s time to meet new animals and hopefully find a new playmate. He thinks all dogs are here to be his friend. Tobin is barely over a year old and he weighs 11lbs. Even though he’s a small guy, he has long legs so he enjoys lots of walks and even hiking trips. He’s learning how to politely ride in the car, too, so he can be a companion on daily errands. Tobin would love to have another small, playful dog in the home to run and wrestle with, although it’s not required. He should at least have plenty of playdates. He is very smart so lots of training games to help with more manners will be needed. As long as he has regular potty breaks, he’s doing great with his crate training and needs just a little more help with house training. Because he’s such an active little guy, a fenced yard would be best. He would be a great family dog for school age children
