Story
Sassy is a sweet and timid dog. She is very loving. I found her at an animal shelter in Puyallup about 7 years ago. Her breed is a rat terrier. Because she is timid I think she would be best with a family with older children (ones who would not pull on her ears or tail) or with an adult who would love to cuddle with her. I have had her since she was 4 months old. She is potty trained and well behaved. She will bark at other animals. She has been with one other dog for the past 7 years and I added a third dog about 18 months ago. I lived at an apartment complex that allowed me to have all 3 dogs. I have had to relocate recently to a different apartment complex due to a pending job relocation. A former friend was helping me by taking my oldest dog as her own. The friend has health issues and could not manage the dog due to her health issues so I have all 3 with me again. My new apartment will not allow me to keep all 3 dogs.

Story
Hi! My name is Ash. I was surrendered to RASKC by my previous owner when they could no longer care for me.DUE TO SOME NAUGHTY BEHAVIOR, I AM UNABLE TO BE ADOPTED IF YOU RESIDE IN KING COUNTY. BUT IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF KING COUNTY, COME GET ME! For more information on my circumstances, just come in and ask.I`m a relatively low key guy inside but once I get out in the yard I prove how fast I am! I love to run and play so a home that can provide plenty of exercise will be a good fit for me. I have a sweet disposition and really enjoy getting all the pets and treats. I was found by an animal control officer when I was causing trouble on a farm. Due to my history, I am not suitable for a home with small animals. I may do well with other dogs my size but it`s always a good idea to meet here first. I am an adaptable dog who loves to go with the flow! I am outgoing and carefree, and I just can`t wait to find my forever home!

Story
Hi! My name is Oscar and I am available for adoption.I was brought in by a good Samaritan on April 10th, 2024.I am considered a `medium breed` dog.I want to think that I am a very smart dog, but I get so destracted by everything around me that I need a little bit of training in order to show it.I am an affectionate lovebug who would love to show you just how much of a lover I am. Though I am more than happy to take my toys and just go play by myself. So i`m the best of both worlds, a cuddler and indepentant.I am full of energy and I love to play, play, play! I tend to calm down more when the people around me stay calm. I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy.Due to my over excited behavior here in the shelter, the staff believe that I would do best in a home with older children who are dog savvy. I am a spirited dog with a fun-loving personality! I am still working on my manners, so I would do best with a family who is willing to work with me and help me become the best dog I can be!***April showers bring May flowers - and a lot of dogs at Regional Animal Services! Through May 31, you can `Pick Your Price` when you adopt an adult dog (six months or older). Adoption fees are $25, $50, $75, or $100, plus a pet license fee if applicable.***
