Story
Hello! My name is Stella. I am an energetic, lovable, goofy 8 month old mixed breed (62% Australian Cattle Dog, 14% Doberman, per Vet DNA test). I wake up full of energy and kisses, ready to start the day with a bang! I love to play with my fellow dog friends in the house (4 y/o corgi and 3 y/o hound), but they have some issues and are stressed with my puppy energy. I am very curious about the cats and I do not quite understand that I need to leave them alone. That is why my mom is looking for a new home for me! I am very smart and have learned to sit, lay down, and wait for my food. Stay is hard because I just want to follow you and see what you’re doing! Now that I am spayed and have all my shots, my mom is taking me to puppy training so I can learn more! I would do best in a home with someone who works from home, likes to hike or run, and someone who can be patient and train me to be the best girl I can be!

At Spring Branch Rescue, we're on a mission to find Ponchito and all our incredible animals the forever homes they deserve. Hop on board this heartwarming adventure of friendship and head over to www.springbranchrescue.org to get all the deets on Ponchito and how you can make him a part of your life. Let's create some unforgettable memories together and dive into the purest form of love with Ponchito by your side! Why adopt an animal from Texas?     The Lone Star state has an animal crisis. Perfectly healthy animals are being euthanized at overcrowded shelters or just dumped by irresponsible owners in different neighborhoods. ‍‍ Life in Texas is very different for those without voices than in the Pacific Northwest, East Coast & Canada. We want them to have an opportunity to get a second chance and find a loving home. We have transporting our rescue adoptable & adopted animals to cities near you since 2019. Our numerous foster homes allow us a chance to be seen by people 250 miles from their addresses or transport delivery locations. We even have a stop close to the Canadian border in Bellingham, Washington. All our animals are healthy and up to date on all shots. They come with a health certificate from a license vet. ‍ All just waiting to meet someone like you! ##1848550##

Story
We have fosters all over the Pacific Northwest allowing us to post in specific cities. Due to Covid 19 restrictions all Meet & Greets have been cancelled to keep everyone safe. Our adoptable pets are in Houston living with local foster families making the transition into your household a whole lot easier. Our application review takes about 10 days.  This adoption process will require 3 videos of (outside of your home, backyard, and inside of your home) since we are not able to conduct home checks at this time. We will be calling 2 references (Not related to you please). We will be contacting your veterinarian (We work with 1st time owners) to make sure you have vaccinated all your pets yearly, and that all have been spayed/neutered. Our transport company leaves Houston every 2 weeks for Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Colorado & Canada. We will book your baby as soon as adoption & transport fees have been received.  If you have fallen madly in love and would like to make this baby part of your family, then go to https://www.petstablished.com/organization/920716    ##2256174##

Story
Tiffani is the perfect package of sweetness, smarts, and playfulness! This lovable girl is as well-rounded as they come and is looking for her forever family to shower with love and loyalty. Tiffani is a friend to everyone—she's fantastic with other dogs and would fit right into a multi-pet home. She’s also great with kids, making her an ideal family dog. With her gentle spirit and playful energy, she knows how to keep everyone entertained while also being incredibly affectionate. When it comes to manners, Tiffani is top-notch! She’s fully housebroken, crate trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. Her intelligence shines through, and she’s always up for learning new tricks or playing with any toy she can find (and she loves them all!). And did we mention her smile? Tiffani has the absolute best grin, which she’ll flash at you anytime she's in her happy place—which, for her, is almost all the time! If you're looking for a loyal companion with a big heart and a playful spirit, Tiffani is ready to fill your home with love, laughter, and endless smiles.  If she's such a good dog, then why hasn't she been adopted yet? Have you ever heard of "black dog syndrome"?  Black Dog Syndrome is a phenomenon where black dogs, especially larger ones, are often overlooked in shelters and rescues, resulting in longer stays and lower adoption rates compared to lighter-colored dogs. By adopting a black dog, you’re not only gaining a devoted pet—you’re breaking stereotypes and saving a life! Tiffani is a well balanced dog that would fit seamlessly into just about any home but her black coat has put her at the bottom of the adoption pool. Look at her smile, look at her energy, look at the love in her eyes... she will be the perfect companion for someone, black fur and all! To add Tiffani to your family, simply send us an email at springbranchrescue@gmail.com for adoption and fee information. She is wagging her tail and wiggling her butt at just the thought of finding her forever home and her story is just beginning. Her next chapter could be with you! Story
Mister is a joyful, sweet-natured boy with a heart as big as his smile! This handsome guy is the perfect mix of playfulness and cuddles—he’s always up for a game of fetch with his favorite ball, followed by cozy snuggles with his people. Mister is one of those dogs who can light up any room with his wagging tail and infectious, happy grin. Friendly, adventurous, and great with kids, Mister is truly the total package. He does well with other dogs as long as introductions are balanced and easy-going. However, Mister is not a fan of feline friends, so he would do best in a cat-free home. Potty-trained and crate-trained, he’s got great manners and is ready to fit right into your home with ease. Mister is currently heartworm positive, but don’t worry—his treatment will be covered, and he's ready to heal up in a loving, forever home. If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate, and spirited companion who will shower you with kisses and fill your days with joy, Mister is waiting for you! Heartworm is unfortunately quite common in Texas due to the warm, humid climate that allows mosquitoes, which spread heartworm, to thrive year-round. Many dogs in Texas face this risk, but the good news is that heartworm treatment is very effective. With proper medical care, including the treatment provided at adoption, dogs can fully recover and go on to lead long, healthy, and happy lives. With preventive medication, heartworm can be kept at bay, allowing dogs to enjoy an active, fulfilling life with their families. To add Mister to your family, simply send us an email at springbranchrescue@gmail.com for adoption and fee information.
