Story
Quavo seems like a very happy dog.  This 9 year old boy was adopted in 2016 but ended up back at the shelter as a stray.  He is very low energy and loves to take naps outside.  He seems good with other dogs, he really loves people, including children.  Quavo really likes to get his head scratched and tummy rubbed.  That will put a smile on his face!  If you give him a chance we think you might find your perfect dog! ##1838602##

Story
Dobby was picked up as a stray by his local shelter.  At first with strangers, he might try to bite, but give him a day or two and then he is usully fine.  He warms up slowly, but when he knows you he likes to be petted and will sit on your lap. He will keep you entertained when he  dances on his hind legs to get a treat.   This is what his foster mom said about Dobby:  "I've been keeping little Dobby while Jan (Jan's Animal Rescue) has been on vacation. This little fella is so cute and smart. He does need time to get adjusted to a new place. He would be great for someone that's at home alot and has no small children. He would also need a slow introduction to another dog. Preferably one close to his size. He's crate trained, potty trained, walks great on a leash. Once he gets used to his new person and his new environment, he's a great lap dog." He is wonderful little dog and deserves a loving home so that he will never have to worry again about being safe, or where his next meal will come from. For more info contact Jan's Animal Rescue. ##1790571##

Good with kids, Good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
We rescued Sadie as a puppy. We were told she was a basset hound mix. She is some sort of terrier/hound dog mix. She has the terrier beard and grinchy paws, but long hound dog ears. She is 4 years old. Sadie is friendly once she gets to know you, but definitely shy with new people. She is more timid with men vs women. She enjoys lounging on the dog bed, bed and couch. She is very laid back, but does enjoy walks and would love land to run around on or someone with a large backyard. She does not enjoy the company of cats, but does well with other non dominant dogs. Sadie is very food dominant and will resource guard. She is crate trained due to our current situation, but does well out of a crate when alone.

Story
Sundae is a loveable 14 year old dog. She loves to play with her toys, go on walks, and sleep. She is pretty mellow in her old age. Because of her age, she does have urinary incontinence that will need to be managed. She currently wears a diaper. It is potentially an issue with her kidneys causing the urinary incontinence where further testing would be needed.
