Oreo (f) - she is an American bulldog/ Cane corso mix. She is two years old, spayed, up-to-date on shots, and chiped. She is house trained. She loves to lay on the couch and chew her toys while cuddling. She is very energetic and needs a dominant male to control her; she definitely needs training. She is in a crate at night and during the day when the current caregiver is not home. She really needs a lot of attention and somewhere that she can run. ##320755##

Story
Raven (f) is a sweet 11-years young black lab pup with so much love left to give. She grew up in a house with 11 children and, through no fault of her own, is now in need of a new home and family. Raven is mostly an indoor girl but enjoys a romp around a fenced yard or a walk a few times a day to get her exercise in. She has not been exposed much to other dogs or cats but she is very calm natured and seems to get along with everyone. Raven is not reactive to loud noises but does get anxious if she is alone all day. There is no adoption fee for Raven but a donation to Sunshine's Friends would be greatly appreciated. Our goal is always to keep our beautiful seniors in a loving home where they can enjoy their golden years as someone's companion or part of a family. ##1472968##

Story
Snow (m) - a 3 year old, handsome white German Shepard boy. He is very friendly with people and kids and but reactive with other dogs, likely because has not been neuter. Snow will be neutered before or within 2 weeks after adopted through Sunshine's Friends.  He has been raised and currently lives with young children. He went to Academy Dog Training for two months and obeys commands. Snow would benefit from a large fenced yard and someone to play catch or Frisbee with. He is being surrendered to us because his family can no longer care for him. ##1645888##

Story
Dsisy is a Panda German Shepherd, 2 years old.  She is super sweet, loves kisses, and plays fetch.  She is always carrying a ball or a toy in her mouth. She barks at other dogs but it is a more playful bark of wanting to run around. She currently lives behind a dog park (can see the dogs from the yard) and she is always running and jumping from one side to the other trying to follow the dogs as they also run from one side to the other). She needs a forever home with a tall fence around the yard. She is excellent with a 3-year-old boy and has never had an issue or worries for their safety. She is competitive (there are other small dogs in the home) so she is always trying to be the first one to get all the toys). Being a German Shepherd she is protective of her people. When she goes to the vet, they always take her inside for vaccines or check-ups because she is more relaxed.  If they tried to do vaccines or check her up when with her people in the same room she would bark.  She is a fearful dog of strangers.  She needs time to trust other humans but once she does she is sweet. She was left with a dog sitter, and had to build that relationship first before feeling confident of leaving her for a week with her. If she gets visitors staying at her house, she needs extra time to acclimate and trust. We are looking for a new loving home for her where she can have a private backyard to run around, play fetch, and just enjoy. She will do well if the family has another big or small dog, or no dog - she has lived with French bulldogs in the house. A loving person or family that is willing to understand her fear and work with her until she gets acclimated.  She is supper sweet. Maybe someone with older kids that has more free time.  She does fine in the crate and doesn't have separation anxiety.  She is fine by herself.  She knows basic commands. She does need and active person who can give her the time to take on long walks or just play time outdoors.   ##2076439##
