Story
Hazel is a 2 year old beautiful, affectionate dog who loves her people, is smart, professionally trained, food motivated, and enjoys the outdoors. She comes when called, does her tricks, does well on+off leash, loves attention from all people, and has excellent house manners. She has been a loyal and quiet work from home companion. She would just as happily sleep in and sit under the desk of her person as go on a long hike or run. She lives with a cat who she is friendly with. Due to her early life before adoption, Hazel is protective of high value toys and food and guards against other dogs, which can be negated by removing said item. Hazel’s response to new dogs when not under leash or voice command can be unpredictable. Unfortunately, Hazel’s prey drive and inexperience with babies has led us to look into rehoming. She would do best in a home with no babies/toddlers. She would love to have outdoor access and an active owner with patience/comfort with her response to new dogs.

The dog is too hard for us while we have a baby and 2 kids. She is active and really friendly. She was suppose to be a service dog. She isn’t good with cats and goes crazy with dogs. She needs some more training though.

Story
Sully is a 2.4 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever. His birthday is Sept 6th. He is smart, energetic, still in his puppy stage of chewing things, super loyal and loving. He thinks he is a lap dog and will legit, sit on your lap. He loves to swim, run and retrieve a ball (he will do this for hours :) He lives with 2 cats and 2 teenage kids and does well with everyone in his home. He is a beautiful boy with endless energy and a silly personality. Sully needs to be introduced to strangers, he is very protective of his family. He needs a home with a huge yard, or an active family, preferably someone who can teach him to hunt and to just be a Chessie.

Story
Reeses is 9 years old and was rescued from a shelter in 2016 to come live with my husband and I, as well as our other small breed dog, Chloe. For many years, Reeses was wonderful with Chloe and both dogs are a dear part of our family. Currently, we now have two young children as well. Reeses has become increasingly anxious over the past couple years with the lifestyle changes and we believe is very stressed out by our kids and other dog. Reeses is completely warm and affectionate with any adult she meets and loves to snuggle. She also loves to run in our backyard and play with a tennis ball. Unfortunately, small children and other animals make her anxious now. She would do well with someone who doesn't have young kids or other pets.
