Story
Tucker is a 1 year old American Staffordshire Terrier (87%) and American Pitbull Terrier (13%). He was found on the street in Mississippi when he was about 6 months old. Tucker is amazing with other dogs and human adults. He loves to play and run with other dogs. He loves sticks, balls, and chew toys. He gets tired easily, and we take two 30 minute walks per day. Tucker is not good with children and will need continued training to work on behavior with kids. He has aggressive tendencies toward children (out of fear or a trauma response from something that he experienced before he was rescued). He is threatened when children are in his direct space. Ideally, he will need a couple or individual that does not have children, has secure housing, has room for Tucker to run or play, and can keep him away from children and/or manage training to work on behavior tendencies and exposure. I am willing to pay the full cost of training/support for the first 6 months of your time with him.

We have a sweet 8 year old Boston Terrier...she is high anxiety and not walked easily. Overstimulation seems to be the trigger, alas the predicament. Our daughter is 10 and wanting to have friends in and out of our home. Can you help?

Story
We adopted Isabella as a puppy from Northeast Animal Shelter 10 years ago. She has been a loving member of our family for those 10 years. She enjoys being cuddled, pet, walks and sunbathing in the backyard. She has attended obedience training roughly 4 years ago and walks on a leash well. As far as commands she is better at some than others. She likes baths but does not like her nails being trimmed (we usually have the vet trim them). Not too long ago had an incident where our 3 year old grabbed Isabella from behind and she bit her in reaction to this. Unfortunately due to this incident we have decided to try and find a kid/pet free home for Isabella that she can enjoy. As far as aggressive incidents this is the only time something like this has happened. Isabella is also not dog friendly with exception for a couple she grew up around. We feel like she would not do well in a shelter setting due to this and are hoping that we can find a suitable owner on here.

Story
Lucy is an extremely strong, active, loving rescue pit bull mix from Texas. She loves to chase squirrels in the back yard and to go for walks, roll in the grass and chewing on bones. She adores men but does have a tendency to jump up on guests as part of her greeting. With some men she really wants to chase them and play rough. Unfortunately, she just doesn’t realize her own strength.

Story
We adopted Marshall when he was about 10 weeks old at the MSPCA. He loves to play fetch with any tennis ball, he doesn't care as long as it is a ball. Marshall is a friendly Labrador mix that continues to grow as a loving family member. We currently live in an apartment and Marshall has outgrown our home. We are sad to see him leave, but we want to find a forever home for him. We want to ensure that he will be treated well as he will be a great companion to his new family. Marshall has received all necessary vaccination. His last vaccination: 11-06-2023. Next Rabies Vaccination On: 11-05-2024. Marshall has been neutered. He currently weights around 65lbs. Color: Black and White. Estimated Birth: June 23rd 2023. Overall, we are excited about finding him a new home.
