Story
Our 2 year old white Golden doodle is a wonderful family dog that loves to play and spend time with house members. She is a very loving high energy dog, loves to play ball and is used to playing with kids. She has been spayed and is upto date with all her shots. We got her as a puppy from a home breeder. She does need training to adjust to other dogs. We unfortunately have to rehome her. Due to our work and family commitments, we are unable to find time for her play and care Looking for a dedicated dog loving family or person who will keep up her happy and sound. She does need much energy to keep up but is easily guaranteed to be one of the most cuddliest family friendly companion!

Story
Riley is the sweetest Golden retriever mix. He is 1Y8M and he was found in a trailer park in Alabama as a stray. He has been in MA for few months. When he first arrived he was afraid of the leash as we believe he was never on one but now he is a total pro! He loves his walks and meeting other dogs. Incredible with other dogs, people, kids and so far even some cats! That surprised us as he does have a high pray drive for rabbits and squirrels but then again which golden retriever doesn’t? When he is not playing with his friend Pippa, you can find him cuddling next to you. His other favorite pass time is playing fetch! That he can do for a long time for sure 😃 He is looking for an energetic and active person or couple who can give him the exercise he needs. A fenced yard is a requirement for this young fellow If interested please apply on www.legacyrescue.org/adoption

Story
Major is a purebred English cream Golden Retriever who was bought from a breeder. Unfortunately, Due to unexpected personal circumstances the family decided to surrender Major to our care and to find him the perfect home. He is 11 months old and 73 lbs big boy. Pure love bug, sweet, kind. Due to his size people forget he is still a puppy and has lot of energy. He does know how to settle down though once he plays with his friend Lilly, several walks and some fetch. Extremely trainable, he is also somewhat of a Velcro dog. He loves being near people and definitely loves a combination of belly rubs accompanied by some treats 🤷‍♀️ He is looking for his next home so please only apply if you have the time and energy to dedicate to a young pup who need the exercise but also lots of cuddling and kisses. If interested in Major, please apply on www.legacyrescue.org/adoption

Story
Clyde is our newest coonhound rescue. He's been at a boarding place in Virginia for several months, where he was left by another well-meaning rescue that ultimately couldn't take him. Clyde is a loving, friendly hound who enjoys attention from everyone. He walked in the local parade and happily greeted everyone - what a great coonhound ambassador! Clyde is about 5 years old and weighs about 53 lbs. He's an energetic hound who would love an active playmate and a fenced yard or an adopter who will get him out for walks several times a day. Clyde has arrived and is ready for visits in southern NH. If you’d like to apply to adopt, please submit an application using the link below. Story
Dylan is a very special foxhound looking for that special someone to give him a Forever home. Dylan is a tripod as a result of his front leg getting tangled in some fence wire. By the time he was discovered with his severe injuries, the leg could not be saved. But that is all behind him now and he's ready for his new life. He gets around fine and enjoys playing with the other dogs at his foster home on a farm in Virginia. He likes to hang out in the sun, watch the farm animals, and snuggle into soft places to sleep. He's affectionate and friendly around people. Dylan is about 3 years old and weighs about 45 lbs. Ready for transport to Massachusetts. Story
Arlo is a handsome Treeing Walker Coonhound- a friendly and engaging hound boy looking for a home. Arlo knows sit, is good with other dogs (including the resident older dog), he was good with dogs at the dog park. Arlo walks nicely on leash and will even 'heel' next to you if treats are involved. He is housebroken and is at home in his crate (sleeps through the night). He settles down well but he can be easily get excited when seeing prey, other dogs, or when he knows he's about to go for a walk or a ride. He may bark when excited but does not jump on people. Arlo has an overall sweet personality. He is not a counter surfer and is polite during meals. He definitely likes petting/attention! Arlo is 3 - 4 yrs old and weighs about 53 lbs.
